Jenny had invited Vanessa over and we got Chinese take out. The four of us sat talking about Rufus and what had transpired.
"So was Lily, blown away?" Vanessa wondered as she was eating.
"Not really..." Dan started
"He never actually...." Jenny continued
"Proposed." Dan finished "Minor detail in a proposal." he pinned his fingers together to make the point.
"Key ingredient to the recipe." Jen enforced
"So he come home, went to his room and we haven't seen him since." I cleared my throat
"Hey, Mr Humphrey." I smiled
"Oh so, prom tomorrow night, what do you say? A meal before we head to the main event. Or just skip the thing entirely." he asked me
"We're going, no question about it, dust off your suit. Besides Jenny as already made the most beautiful dress."
"You guys are the Gossip Girl generation. Don't expect me to believe you're not interested in this Gossip." Rufus walked over then headed into the kitchen
"Nope, only interested in my Nim Chow." I nudged for him to go talk to his Dad. "So to add to the Lily intrigue or help explain it. I got a weird call about your investment."
"They money's gone. It's over." Rufus stated
"Really? Cause Serena had a plan to get it all back." Dan stated continuing on the conversation though Rufus seemed like he didn't want to.
"Lily had a plan of her own." Rufus answered coming over to us
"Well, that's what I was hoping." Dan seemed happy
"Yeah she had Serena arrested." I sat up straight
"Wait, what?" I questioned
"I suggest you stay out of it. Let these Van Der Woodsen women fight it out themselves." He then left for his room and slammed the door
"Wow." Jenny breathed and I put down my food
"I need to go."
"No, the last thing you need is to be caught up in." Dan says and I glare at him I grab my stuff and leave. Once I get to the precinct I speak to the desk sergeant.
"My sister was brought in Serena Van Der Woodsen."
"Rose?" I looked behind him and saw Chuck I went round and hugged him "I was told that you were far away as possible."
"The Brownstone basement in Brooklyn, is hardly far and easily pickable. Remind me to have better security on our buildings. So what happened? I heard Lily had her arrested."
"Yes for stealing her great grandmothers bracelet. I called Lily and she said she was coming, where is she?" Blair huffed
"I'm Lily Bass. I'm here for my daughter Serena van der Woodsen." we heard Lily and I turned around she came over to us. "Rosalie, you're here."
"I am turns out I know stuff. I...."
"Right this way ma'am." Lily was taken away and I sat down with my brother they started asking me questions on what had happened
"Drop it." We waited a Lily didn't come out but CeCe came in and she was taken somewhere. "I would ask but I'm too tired." I leaned my head on Chuck's shoulder
