‘I guess, I should do it. If this is the only way, then be it.’
I came through lots of realizations and plannings and now I am confident that I wouldn't lose this.
That bullshit will fall for me. I settled everything in my mind and hopefully everything will go according to my plans.
‘I can do this, I'm not a Montemayor for nothing.’
“I'm so ready with this.” I scooped my hand in the water and pour it on my shoulder. I'm currently soaked in the bathtub, I don't know kung bawal 'tong ginagawa ko sa may stitched wound.
Hindi naman nasakit 'yung tahi sa'kin, o baka sadyang manhid na talaga 'ko. Inabot ko ang body scrub at ipinangkuskos iyon sa braso ko.
I heard the room's door opened and I'm guessing how many people were entering.
“What the-” boses 'yon ni Khalex.
Malalim akong bumuntong hininga at inilipat 'yung body scrub sa leeg ko. I accessed my neck so I can scrub it more.
Nagitla pa'ko nang padarag na bumukas ang pinto.
‘Fuck this man. He doesn't know how to open a damn door correctly. Lagi nalang.’
I look at him innocently. He was wearing a black pants and loose polosleeves. Nakasuot ang isang kamay sa bulsa and as usual with his poker face.
“What?” pabulong na tanong ko.
“Are you aware that soaking your stitched wound would increase it's risk of infection?” nakakunot ang noong sabi niya.
‘What?’
“The doctor said.”
“I don't know.” I immediately stood up and reach my robe. Ilang minuto pa naman din siguro akong nababad.
I stepped out from the tub while putting my robe on. Napahinto ako ng mapansin kong nakatitig sa'kin si Khalex.
He was slowly looking at me from head to toe with his serious eyes. Hindi nakaligtas sa akin ang pasimpleng paglunok niya.
I looked at my nakedness then turn my gaze back in him.
“Gusto mo ba?” I playfully asked.
Sinamaan niya ako ng tingin at pinanatili ang paningin sa mga mata ko. I can see desire and lust in his eyes.
‘That was easy.’
I slowly removed my robe but then he shut the door loudly.
“Pfft.” pinigilan ko ang sarili kong matawa. I can say that he's really tempted.
Muli kong sinuot ang robe ko at tinali ito. Kinuha ko 'yung twalya at ginamit pang tuyo ng buhok ko. Lumabas ako sa comfort room. My eyes automatically find Khalex but he was gone.
‘Where did he go? Inaasar lang naman 'e.’
Katulad kanina bago ako pumunta sa comfort room ay hawak hawak ko ngayon 'yung part ng tyan ko na may tahi.
Inabot ko 'yung bandage sa lamp table bago maglakad papuntang walk-in closet.
Biglang bumukas 'yung pinto. It was Ara and Mina and it looks like they will set up my foods in the bed tray again.
