The next Day;
Brittany's POV;

When Matt, Barry, Deano and I got back to our house; Shannon and Heather had been home for a little over an hour. They were however still talking about Suzie and Jeff; that seemingly they had at least christened the hallway and the evidence was still lying just outside my oldest sisters bedroom door where her thong was lying ripped along with Jeff's jeans and boxers.

It was good to know that my sister was finally with the right guy. Jeff was perfect for her; he was as unique as she was, they shared the same kooky sense of humour and they both refused to convert to the normal, which seemed to make them bond together even stronger.

As I listened to her telling Heather and I all about the vacation, how they had gotten together, the fight that they had, had about Shaun, the consuming and draining love that seemed to strengthen their connection to one another. I came to the conclusion that I was happy about this development especially because I actually liked Jeff; he was funny, he was easy to talk too and fun to hang out with.

In essence he was everything that Shaun wasn't.

Jeff didn't leer at me the way Shaun had. Jeff didn't make my sister cry the way Shaun had. Jeff didn't shun Heather and me the way that Shaun had tried too and the best thing about Jeff was that he seemed to get Suzie in ways that Shaun never had and for that fact alone he would always get my vote.

It had felt like forever since we had seen Suzie so genuinely happy. The sparkle in her dark eyes was evident for the world to see as she handed the cigarettes to me and Heather before lighting her own.

"...so for the first time in my life I got to experience head," She gushed happily. "And let me tell you...Jeffrey Nero Hardy is an extremely talented man!"

"Shaun never gave you head?" Heather choked on her cigarette.

"Nope! He told me that women didn't really feel anything with head; plus he didn't like doing it!"

"Selfish, untalented piece of shit!" I muttered under my breath. What kind of man doesn't go down on his woman?

"But believe me when I tell you that I've never felt the kind of pleasure that Jeff can cause with his tongue alone," Suzie sighed happily as she inhaled deeply on her cigarette.

"I can see that honey; you are literally glowing...I don't think I've ever actually seen you like this,"

"You try being fucked in every possible angle in one night and you'd be glowing too!" She smiled.

It was good to hear her so happy after the past month; the way she was talking was the way that I had always wanted to talk to her. Our bond, since she had left Shaun, was just getting stronger and I came to the conclusion that Shaun had been standing in between our natural sisterly bond.

"Believe me honey; been there!" Heather blushed deeply as we all fell on to the unmade bed laughing.

Matt, Jeff and Shannon were in the den talking about what had taken place the previous night. Barry had headed out to visit his Family, save in the knowledge that Suzie was perfectly safe. Deano, as usual, had headed out on his own, no one really knew where he went and I just hoped that he wasn't out there searching for Shaun, which would be just like him.

Now that Suzie was home and getting ready to go to the police about Shaun's obsessive behaviour; I didn't want anything to get in the way of him getting what was due to him.

"...so Jeff had literally just collapsed next to me and the phone rings!" Suzie said flicking her cigarette in to the ashtray.

"Shaun!?" Heather asked through gritted teeth.
