Sunday;
Shannon's POV;

Pulling in to the drive way of the girls home, I killed the engine and grabbed my gear from the back seat. I had offered to do the girls tattoos free of charge since it was something that they felt they needed to do for each other. They were clearly close and this tattoo was just a small way of showing that.

My eyes fell on Jeff's truck parked next to Suzie's Harley and Matt's corvette parked on the other side of it. I was happy that we were all hanging out together, it had been a long time since we had actually liked one another's girlfriends so for this to have happened was like a blessing in disguise. I hated having to chose my time between my friends and my girlfriend.

Climbing up on to the porch, I knocked on the door and pushed it open, walking in as instructed. I could feel the now familiar feeling of relaxation that hit me every time I walked in to this house.

"Hey guys, I'm here!" I called out as my eyes fell on Jeff and Suzie laid out on the sofa curled up together, they were clearly asleep but the minute I called out they both fluttered their eyes open and looked at the source of their sudden awake state. "Woah honey, if looks could kill," I chuckled as she flipped me the bird.

"What's up 'ject?" Jeff mumbled as he rubbed his eyes slowly, trying to waken himself up more I figured.

"I'm here to do the girls tattoos remember?" I chuckled as Suzie turned over and cuddled back in to his side; closing her eyes slowly she began to drift back in to sleep. "Wakey, wakey Suzie Q!" I chorused loudly causing her to groan out loudly.

"I don't wanna!" She complained as Jeff kissed the top of her head before sliding out from next to her and getting to his feet, stretching out lazily he nodded his head in the direction of the kitchen. "Where you going? I can't sleep without my comforter!" She turned her head and tried to keep her eyes open long enough to look at my friend.

"I'll be right back babe," He replied.

"Mmmm ok, well I am gonna just..." Her voice trailed off as she relaxed in to the sofa, clearly lost in sleep.

"Ok what's going on?" I asked as I followed Jeff in to the kitchen where Heather, Matt, Britt and Barry were sat drinking coffee and talking about the previous night's events.

"Apparently, Shaun was calling throughout the night, no one really got any sleep," Jeff explained to me as he poured himself a mug of coffee. "I come over this morning and she is just at the end of her rope, she was curled on the sofa crying silently, refusing to talk to anyone about it, but she opened up a little bit to me,"

"How long are we gonna let this continue?" Matt piped up from the table.

We weren't just close to the women that we were attracted too, we were all protective of the whole Family, and I knew that hearing about Shaun was making me mad as hell, I couldn't even imagine how incensed Jeff must be feeling at this moment in time. Barry had also become a good friend and we enjoyed hanging out with him too.

"I don't know man, it's not like Suzie has expressed that she wants us to do anything," Jeff announced as he poured me a mug of coffee and we moved to the dining table where we sat down. Jeff accepted the cigarette that Heather handed him gratefully.

"The thing with Suzie is; she likes to think that she can handle everything by herself," Barry informed us. "Sometimes she doesn't realize what she needs is for someone to look after her now and again,"

"Well I for one, can't sit around and just watch her go through this, I can't just sit back as she becomes more and more withdrawn," Heather stated angrily as I placed my hand on her leg by way of support and was rewarded to her hand eclipsing my own.
