I followed him inside. "Noel"

Liam and Peggy were in the living room sitting on the couch.
Noel turned around and hugged me hard.

"Did you lot kiss an' make up?" Liam asked

"Not yet" Noel whispered against my ear.

I didn't say anything just turned around to face Liam letting go of Noel.

I went over to the couch where Liam was and sat on his lap.

"Something like that"

"Y'didn't did you?" He asked as Noel sat down.

Peggy stood up. "It's getting late; I think I'm going to call it a night.

We stood up and said our goodbyes; each of us giving her a hug and kiss.
Liam walked her out leaving me and Noel in the living room.

"Are we gonna kiss and make up now?" Noel asked coming to sit next to me on the couch.

"No"

"Y'can play the perfect girlfriend all you want; we both know y'ain't"

"Shut up" I glared getting up.

"He's already starting to figure it out" He watched me. "He's asked me about it twice"

"He has not"

He nodded. "Thinks you're cheatin' on 'im"

I looked at him, but didn't say anything.

"Just doesn't realize it's with me" He stared. "I told him you're not; in case y'were curious"

I glared at him as Liam came back into the house.

"You stayin'?"

I heard him ask as I went into the kitchen to clean up from dinner.
I frowned noticing the kitchen was clean.

"Babe?" I called out into the living room. "Did you clean the kitchen?"

"Mam and I did" he smiled as I came back into the living room.

Noel was pulling on his shoes.

"Not staying?" I asked

He shook his head. "Got an early day"

Good

"Doin' what?" Liam frowned

"Got a breakfast date" He smirked at me.

"Good for you" I rolled my eyes. "I'm surprised Lexa would be hungry after work."

"She probably eats enough dick to last her a month" I muttered

"It's not with Lexa" Noel sneered. "It's with Teagan"

I widened my eyes. "Excuse me"

He turned to Liam ignoring me. "Thanks for dinner."

Liam nodded "Come back for lunch, there's tons left"

No, please don’t. I thought.

Noel shrugged giving Liam a hug. "I might"

He gave me another hug and a kiss before he held me out by the arms with a smile. "Congratulations"

I smiled. "Thanks"

We both could play the put on a fake smile game; I'd been doing it for years.

Noel left and Liam locked the door behind him turning to face me.

"So when's it your mam's turn?" He smiled.

"After we're married" I said half seriously.

"Why not tonight?" He asked, "Sally's probably already told 'er anyway"
