Despite my kicking and screaming, Liam dragged me to the hospital, with the rest of the band in tow.

"Liam, I feel fine, honestly!" I protested for the hundredth time.

He looked at me obviously annoyed. "What day is it?"

"Thursday"

"It's Saturday"

"Friday then"

"Saturday Lyla" he said

"It can't be, that's impossible"

What's the last thing you remember?" Noel asked

"Apparently not enough"

"Ly..."

I sighed "Talking to you on the phone"

"That was Thursday night"

"I know that"

"It's Saturday" Liam said again

"I got the memo, Lyla skipped over Friday" I glared at him.

"What happened?"

I looked at him in disbelief. "Are you kidding me?"

"You blacked out Lyla, for a day and a half"

"Yeah, I got that part too" I rolled my eyes

"THEN YOU AREN'T FINE!" He yelled at me and I jumped, I hadn't expected that.

"And the last thing she needs is you yellin' at 'er" Noel snapped dropping his own voice to a harsh whisper.

I swallowed hard, the more I thought about this, the more scared I got. I couldn't remember anything from Thursday night onward, except my dream; that was clear as day, but I wasn't going to tell them that.

Instead, I burst into tears despite trying hard not to. Noel, not Liam, Noel jumped to his feet and sat next to me on the bed, wrapping me in a hug.

I hugged him back and cried harder. I didn't know what else to do.

An hour and a half later, Liam, Noel and I left, the rest of the band had gone home about fifteen minutes after getting there.
After an hour and a half we still didn't know why I'd blacked out or what to do if it happened again. A trip well spent, obviously.
And on top of that already wonderful news from the hospital, Liam all of a sudden had his fucking panties in a twist because I went to Noel for comfort instead of him.

"I didn't see you jumping up to comfort me" I snapped standing in the middle of our living room, Noel sat on the couch minding his own business, just letting us hash it out.

"Why the fuck didn't y'marry 'im then!?"

I sighed just looking at him. "Are you fucking kidding me right now?"

He just raised an eyebrow "Well?"

"Maybe I should have!"

"Then go right ahead!" He yelled, the volume of his voice rising again. "You'll 'ave the fuckin' papers tomorrow; she'll be your problem now" he said looking at Noel behind me.

"His problem?! I looked at him and our eyes met for the first time. "Is that all I am, your problem?!"

I could see him clenching his teeth and I just shook my head with a laugh. I'd recognize that look on his face from a mile away.

"You're fucking dying to punch me right now"

"No he ain't" Noel answered behind me

"Oh yes he is" I nodded not taking my eyes off his. "He's clenching his teeth and I'd bet my next pay cheque he's got his hands in fists too"
