Ms.Bee rushed in and grabbed her calculator out. She typed in some numbers and her calculator turned into a sword. I started to laugh. This prank must have taken a while to assemble, with all the special effects. Ms.Bee flew into the air and slashed her calculator sword at Mrs.Florist.
Ms.Bee was flying! Wow, either this was a prank, a hallucination, or a dream. There was no way that this was real. Mrs.Florist scratched Ms.Bee at her face and blood poured out. Ms.Bee dropped to the floor and put her hand on the wound.
During her moment of pain, Mrs. Florist dived at Ms.Bee to kill her. Everything seemed in slow motion.
Mrs.Florist smiled and took her claws out. She started to jump and aimed her arm for Ms.Bee's heart. When Mrs.Florist almost reached my math teacher, Ms.Bee took out her sword, and with her last ounce of strength, she held it in front of her heart with the pointy side up. Mrs.Florist landed right onto the sword. She disintegrated into a pile of dust.
"Ms.Bee!! Are you OK?" I panicked. I hoped that she didn't die. I was still bleeding, but Ms. Bee was in a worse situation than me.I didn't want her to die. She was my most favorite teacher ever! This also went way beyond that. I never wanted to see someone die right in front of me eyes. It would haunt my dreams. My dreams would start out all nice and peaceful, then it would turn dark, and I would see Ms.Bee laying there, about to die.
I crawled over to her, my blood spilling more as I went over. I didn't care though. I needed Ms. Bee to be alright. Ms.Bee smiled and looked at me. "I'm fine Claire. I just need some resting time. Also-" She ensured. When Ms. Bee said also, she put water on my wounds. They immediately started to heal. I wondered about how that worked, but I had a teacher to worry about.
I kept asking Ms. Bee if I should call the nurse and she kept saying no. I wasn't a doctor and didn't know anything about how to heal people. Science wasn't my best subject in school. I had to do something. I couldn't just leave Ms.Bee to suffer! I walked out of the office and headed for the nurse's room.
Ms.Bee weakly got up and took something out of her pocket. It was a rope. She lassoed it around my feet. "Listen to me Claire. You cannot tell anyone this happened. Go to Mr.Snooks. Tell him that I said it's time. He will tell you to follow him and you better do that. Trust me on this Claire. Please!" Ms.Bee explained.
I looked down and made my decision- to trust her. She had been my teacher for a long time now, and I wouldn't dream her harming me. Plus, she just saved my life.
I hurried to Mr.Snooks. "Mr.Snooks, Ms.Bee told me to tell you that it's time." I said. Mr.Snooks, my science teacher, stared into nothingness. He grabbed my hand tightly and took me out of the school. I asked him where we were going and he said, "Just trust me. I can't tell you right now."
He put me in his messy Jeep and started to drive. After about 15 minutes, we reached the beach. Mr.Snooks unlocked the door and we both walked out of the car. I pondered about why we were here. Though I didn't ask because I knew Mr.Snooks wouldn't tell me. He went towards the shore, touched the water, and whistled the Hunger Games tune. I heard a loud blowing noise. There, in front of me, was a huge pirate ship.
It had a huge flag that had a flower on it. I was shaped like a pirate ship, but it looked lovely and friendly. "Get on board, Claire." Mr.Snooks ordered. "Wait! What about my family? They'll be so worried when they find out I'm missing!" I cried. Mr.Snooks calmed me down and told me everything will be ok.
I put my shivering foot on the steps of the pirate ship. I looked around. There was a boy who was driving the ship. He was about my age, around 13. "Go to the island, Nick," he commanded. The ship rumbled.
I started to pant. "No! Where are we going? What's happening? I want to go home!" I shouted like a toddler. I was in a panic situation. I wasn't even thinking. Mr. Snooks sympathetically looked at me, and shook his head.
"How is she going to survive if she cries like this during her elemental training?" Mr. Snooks muttered.
I looked at him. "What is up with this whole 'elemental' thing? Please tell me!" I exclaimed. This was hopeless. Nobody would tell me.
"You'll find out when it's time," Nick, the person driving the ship, told me. I sighed. I knew I wasn't going to get my answer. Also, I knew that if I tried to get out of the boat they would just put me back in.
So, I sat down and looked out to the vast waters. My mind was in a panic status, so I needed to calm down (even though we were headed to a island I had no clue about). I closed my eyes, trying to calm myself down. I went into light sleep.
