Mini Story- WTWC (Part 2)

Claire heard a loud bang noise. She immediately got into fighting stance and went over to where the sound came from.

Claire slowly opened the door, closed her eyes, and started to spray water onto whoever was in the room.

"What? Hey, stop it!" Someone yelled. Claire peeked her eyes open to see a girl about the same age as her staring at her. She looked extremely angry as her hair and clothes were soaking wet. Claire noticed that their was a crown on her head.

"Who are you? And what are you doing here!" Claire interrogated. The girl stood up and squeezed her black hair, making water drip onto the ground.

The girl put her hands up in the air and replied, "Listen, I don't know how I got here, and I don't who you are. I just touched this weird object, and poof! I'm away from the castle and Paul, and in this weird lair type thing!"

Claire snorted. "I bet you're here to kill me, am I right? Because I'm a Special?"

"I don't even know what that means!" The girl shouted in frustration.

"You better drop the act or I'm going to attack you!" Claire warned.

"You're getting on my nerves, whoever you are. I'm not acting. You can attack me, but I don't attack back until I know who the person I have met is. That's what a Queen does," The so called "Queen" said.

Claire stared at her with intensity. After a minute of staring at the stranger in front of her, she asked, "May I ask where you come from? And what your name is?"

"I could ask the same to you. But, I shall answer. I'm from Shapeshifter Land, and I am Queen Sakura. But I don't like to be called Queen or wear this crown... My people forced me to wear it. Call me Sakura," Sakura explained. She extended her hand as a polite gesture. Claire raised one of her eyebrows but still shook her hand.

"Call me Claire," Claire said. Sakura smiled at her.

After that, the two discussed who they were, but both didn't reveal that they had magical powers. Sakura had concluded in her mind that the water had came from a bucket that Claire was holding, and not from her hand.

Sakura and Claire were eating together when they heard a loud boom from the room where Claire had found Sakura. Another boom came after and a loud "Ouch!"

Sakura and Claire put their bowls of noodles on the table and rushed over to the room. Their eyes widened to see two girls on top of each other. The girl with blonde hair that was on the floor yelled, "Get off me!"

The girl on top of her slid off of the other girl, and replied, "Well I'm sorry for accidentally landing on you. I thought the bird would be kind enough to make me land somewhere soft!"

The blonde girl stared at the girl across from her and asked, "What do you mean, 'bird'?" The other girl's eyes widened and she quickly commented, "I didn't say anything about that." The two hadn't even noticed Claire and Sakura watched them from across the room.

The blonde girl got up and brushed dust off of her jeans. Sakura jumped into the conversation so the girls would noticed them. "You did say something about a bird. Would you be as kind enough to explain?"

Both of the girls turned to the sound to find Sakura and Claire. The blonde girl immediately took out her sword and ordered, "Who are you? Tell me right now!"

Claire felt the urge to use her powers to flick the sword out of her hands but hesitated. If they knew she had powers, who knew what they would do to her! Sakura felt like shifting into a giraffe but a giraffe wouldn't exactly fit in the small room.
