Author's Note: I'm so good at updating in time... (That was sarcasm for those people who do not understand sarcasm. Don't worry, even I don't understand it except when I say it...)

Sakura gazed across her row of friends. The prophecy lines were still echoing around her, but now they were narrowing on only one phrase of her part of the prophecy- save their voices.

How could she even do that? "There must be another way out," Sakura thought. She looked down at her hands and feet, shaking them, trying to get them free. She tried shifting, but was unable to.

"Those chains don't allow shifting, so don't even try it. And hurry up! If you don't tell me your decision in 30 seconds, then I'm going to just kill all your friends!" The Queen announced. She nodded her head towards the guards, and they took out timers, displaying them right in front of me. Looks like they did this a lot, so they always had one handy.

The 30 seconds started, making Sakura more nervous.

She observed her row of friends, contemplating what she should do. Her new friends did seem more energetic, except Izzy. Sakura didn't know what happened, but Izzy's whole body was pale, her blue eyes dull. She looked like she had been through a lot, as her eyes had dark circles around them. Izzy was leaning on Mariana for support. She didn't have much blood, but looked extremely exhausted.

The shapeshifter then looked over to her old friends, who looked like they had been beaten up a lot. Her sister, among them, had two dry tears. Her twin sister was always there for her, one the first people she loved and cared for.

"5 seconds!"

"Ok! I-I choose my old friends!" Sakura blurted out. The queen wickedly smiled. She nodded to the soldiers, who undid the chains. All her old friends dropped to the ground from exhaustion. All of them looked at Sakura with a faint thank you smile, except her twin sister. "Sakura..." She coughed, "If you freed the others then maybe you all could have defeated the Queen..."

Sakura' eyes widened in realization. If she had freed her new friends, there was a chance that they could have freed her and taken down the Queen together. "But the Queen wouldn't have actually freed my friends," Sakura thought.

The Queen looked at Nayru. "Maybe you should have told her that before. But now, it's too late!" The queen laughed in satisfaction.

Two guards came over with fancy knives and walked over to her three friends. Suddenly, the prophecy lines that had stopped were now coming back, haunting her with the same lines.

Save their voices.

Save their voices!

"What do you even have against us!" Sakura shouted, salty tears rolling down her cheeks.

"What do I have against you? What do I have against you! Why, everything! You ruined my perfect life of a queen, becoming the rulers of this land yourselves!" The Queen shouted back.

Sakura growled, her inner animal coming out. "Well maybe, you should have thought of becoming the Queen without cheating, without telling that we were bad and you were amazing! Maybe, you could have become Queen without doing all of this right now, and what you did in the past!"

The Queen looked stunned for a moment but quickly covered it up by signaling the guards to hurt her friends. Power surged through Sakura, but the chains wouldn't come undone.

Sometimes, my granddaughter, you'll find your self in a difficult situation. Remember this at that time- If you don't have speed or strength, you use your wits to win the game.
