When they got to the Todoroki household
"Fuyumi, Natuso, Shoto I need you three down here now" Enji yelled slightly but enough for his kids to hear Fuyumi was wearing a blue navy dress suit for women making her look like business women, Natsuo was wearing a plain jacket with sweatpants, Shoto just came home from patrol "why are we here father?" Shoto asked "Shoto, today on you will be the fiance living in Tokyo" Enji explained "FATHER SHOTO IS ONLY 18" Fuyumi yelled "yeah, I love blackmailing people so in exchange for his life I will have your little brother" Izuku said walking towards Shoto making him fall asleep. "Wait! can Shoto visit us sometimes?" Natsuo asked "of course he can, I don't want him to be upset for not seeing you guys" Izuku said picking up Shoto bridal style "that's good, but please keep him safe" Fuyumi said crying, they already lost their oldest brother but now they are going to have to let go of their youngest brother who just became an adult.
The next day
Shoto's POV
I slowly woke up and noticed that I was in a bedroom that isn't the one from my home and the memories of what happened are flashing back now I remember now then the door opened revealing a man who looks like they are 6'1 with green hair and emerald green eyes. "Hello there my name is Izuku Midoriya and from now on you are going to be my fiance" the man said "hold on first of all I am not going to be marrying someone I don't know, second why me" I asked "okay I blackmailed for father for someone to continue my families bloodline and your father is selfish so I made him put his life on the line so yeah" the guy said. "But out of all my siblings why specifically me" I asked him again "because I wanted to also your kinda cute" he said making me blush "oh not to mention your my property so I can do anything to you and you can't do anything about it" he said taking out a collar from his pocket that is black with rings on it and he put it around my neck. "Why is there a collar on me now" I asked "so people know you belong to me also I did my research you never have been in a relationship before and you are still a virgin correct?" He said and I confirmed it all that information "good, you will have to be the other parent of my kids so yeah" he explained then I got me something to wear "what is that?" I asked "it's just a maid outfit, I don't know why but everyone's fiance in my family has to wear these whenever they are in the mansion and wear something else outside the mansion, except my mother since she was the pervious boss" he explained "HOLD ON WHAT?! I have to wear a fucking maid dress because of your families rules?!" I yelled as he slowly took my clothes off and replaced them with the maid dress "don't worry I told the people who work here to know that you are mine so they can't touch you" he said as he finished putting me in the maid dress pulling my body closer to his as his hand on my hip preventing me from getting out of his grip.
