Island and under city

Summary: (NOT demon slayer todo) so basically when Shoto was young he was sent away to an island that the government originally made for criminals but many people made it so the people they don't like get sent away to the island and since there is an invisible but strong barrier around the island people can't escape and their quirks can't work there and for years the government and the people who sent someone there don't know that in that island people get rushed there, and the curses can be anything to like be extremely weak or be absolutely powerful and Shoto who had his older twin brother Shohei was sent there and they were cursed with the power of dark magic so they can use dark magic there and outside the barrier as well but they mainly use it in the island and the twins managed to live on the island using whatever they can find and since it's an island for criminals there are no rules there and so the people can do whatever they want like kill each other and the twins saw the horror of the island so they lived off of theft, robbing, and occasionally murder but then after living on the island for 5 years they went underground and the two started to make a city underneath the island and they called it the under city and people on the island who was there since the city was made lives there and sometimes goes to the surface for reasons and the newer people has to figure out about the city and find out how to get to the city on their own with a little guidance from the twins since it is the safest place for people to live normally without crime and since almost everyone lives together in the city they act more like normal citizens then criminals and the twins tend to walk around in public of the city to hang out with everyone (and yes I got inspired from a show I watched a long time ago called 'Mysticons' and they had an undercity under the city which is called Drake city and I just love that stand with snorg balls and that pink drink in a sphere... I forgot what it was called so yeah this was based off of my childhood shows and plus the island was based off of Descendants isle of the lost) and after ten years Shoto found out a way to escape the island so he was sent as a spy for the island to see if the outside world outside the island is still the same since no one could enter or leave but the thing for Shoto is that he must return to the island in a year otherwise he has to find a way to be banished back to the island in order to enter, and for fun the twins found a way to just their powers to make transparent phones that runs in magic so people can never charge their phones ever and the phones are like the scrolls in RWBY combined with the phones in Mysticons, outside technology can't work on the island. Villain Rei, Fuyumi, and Natsuo AU, spoiled hate todo AU, twins AU, Todoroki family hates Shoto and Shohei AU, villain rehab AU. 

No one's POV 

"Class listen up, so today people have been saying things about the island far away from the main land of Japan, people are saying there has been not a lot of people seen on the island so just in case they have escaped we are going to go and investigate and we will have to wear these cloaks to conceal our identities and for everyone's protection we are bringing more pro heroes along this mission" Aizawa said as Midnight, Present mic, and All might came in with cloaks and the wild wild pussycats and Endeavour came in as well "we are the ones coming along with you guys" Mandalay said "awesome! With everyone's strength we can protect ourselves" Denki said "yeah, when is this thing starting?" Bakugou asked "actually it's starting right now, everyone get in your hero costumes and wear these cloaks and head outside the bus will take you there to the edge of Japan and that's where we will take a bridge that will take us to the island" Pixie-bob said as the students went into their costumes and got their cloaks on and went to the bus which took them to the edge of Japan and the driver pressed a button that made a bridge appear and went towards the island "it's been a while since I was there" Shoto said to himself looking away from everyone and smiled "I wonder how everyone is" Shoto asked himself looking to the front of the bus that was soon at the island "everyone off, you have exactly 15 seconds to enter then I will give All might the button that will allow people to enter and leave" the driver said as everyone got off and part of the barrier was gone and everyone ran in as the driver gave All might the remote and he ran into the barrier as it closed "wow, this place is dirty" Mina said as Shoto placed his earpiece in his ear to talk to Shohei "huh?! Shoto?! Your back?!" Shohei asked talking through his earpiece "yeah, but I'm not alone the heroes and some rehab villains are here, so I will can't see you yet brother, come to the surface and I will give you a peace sign to show you I'm there if I see you" Shoto whispered "ah! Okay then little bro, I'm heading up now" Shohei said going up to the surface and went on the rooftop to spy on the class and Shoto saw him and did the signal and Shohei stayed in the shadows using his magic and the two were secretly communicating with each other while the heroes and villains were looking around "this is so weird, why isn't there anyone here?" Aizawa asked as thugs came out "well, we have never seen anyone else here before" a thug said cracking their knuckles "wait, our quirks don't work here" Izuku said "wait shit! How will we do this" Bakugou asked as Shoto walked towards the thugs "wait, who just walked up to them?" Jiro asked "huh? That are you doing kid? Here we control the area, you guys are new here so you have to obey us" another thug said as Shoto kicked their leader in the balls and continued to beat the boss up "wait Toga?" Dabi asked "I'm right here!" Toga said as she was next to Dabi "then who is that?" Momo asked as Shoto got a knife out and stabbed the boss in the head "who's next?" Shoto asked as his other side was showing... his sadist side since he was angry since the heroes and villains treated him like shit "wait! Who are you?" Another thug asked as Shoto took his hood down with some blood on his face "WAIT IT'S ONE OF THE TWINS! RUN!" The thugs yelled as they ran in different directions and Shoto went back to normal "Shoto?!" The family asked "ugh, fallow me before what I did to their boss happens to you" Shoto said "but wait, how can we trust you?" All might asked "if you want to know, I was banished to this island years ago by my family, and I grew up on these mean streets and found it a lovely place to live, but then a few months ago I was the only one who could leave the island and I'm a spy for the island" Shoto said as secretly Shohei gave him a cold pink drink in a sphere and Shoto just started to drink it "wait what is that?" Sero asked "huh? Oh just a drink from the city" Shoto said as Shohei went back underground "but we're miles away from the city, there is no way you can enter and leave in a blink of an eye" Rei said "I never said that city, there is a city underground we call it the undercity, it's where most the people live now, heroes and villains can't control anyone on this island people live however hey want, up here is where the people who just wants to do crimes stay, and the people who wants to live in peace lives under the city, not everyone knows about it and there are a lot of people down there, no rules or anything, we do what we want" Shoto said as he used his magic to make a slide and he jumped down with everyone else fallowing him and Shoto took his cloak off "HEY LOOK! The little twin is back!" Someone said as Shoto started to walk and the heroes and villains stayed near Shoto since they don't know where they are and they stopped by a food stand "want some snorg balls?" Shoto asked as he was eating a stick of snorg balls "um what does it taste like?" Uraraka asked "mangosteen and green tea" Shoto said as everyone looked at the person making snorg balls and the person got out some raw meat dipped in a green liquid and they started to cook it and everyone was disgusted "it's better if you don't look, but once your used to it, it's pretty normal, hey another round buddy" Shoto said as the person selling snorg balls had Shoto another stick and he walked away "aren't you going to pay?" Momo asked "pff, as if! People don't have to pay, we can steal if it doesn't have a sign that needs money" Shoto said as Shohei came "wait is there two Shoto's?" Dabi asked "hey little bro, it's good to see yeah" Shohei said "hey Shohei, anyways can we take them to the place?" Shoto asked "huh? Nah I'm not letting random people staying in the building, especially if it's part of the family" Shohei said "it's been years Shohei, you still haven't letted that go yet?" Shoto asked "if you have forgotten Shoto, they are the reason why we were banished here" Shohei said "and if it wasn't for them banishing us here, this city wouldn't exist just like how more people would be dead up on the surface" Shoto said "ugh, once again your right" Shohei said as they went to the building where the twins lived and the twins told everyone how the island is now like these and I'm lazy they went home and the twins stayed on the island living their best life and this is where I end it since I try to make it long but the same time it's one block of words.
