Summary: (Demon slayer todo) so Shoto is secretly an exchange student for Kimetsu academy and part of their student council which is all the Hashira's. The Kimetsu academy council each counciler has their roles Gyomei has the role of being the president, Tengen is the vice president, Kyojuro is the school receptionist, Sanemi is one of the security guys, Giyuu is one of the security, Shoto is the secretary, Mitsuri is the beauty dress code it basically means she makes sure everyone looks beautiful in their own way, Shinobu is the school nurse, Obanai is the other security guards and so is Muichiro, the Ubuyashiki family is the headmasters of the school and secretary's and assistants for the council.
No one's POV
"Class U.A wants to have a school relationship with a far away school class Kimetsu Academy their education is remarkable, training is very unique and we need to get stronger so they will do some training exercises with us if they accept" Aizawa said "when will this happen sensei?" Iida asked "we are going to go to the school tomorrow but it is secluded so we will have to get one person of the council" Aizawa said as Shoto looked down and smiled "but how do we know who is part of the council?" Shoto asked "that is a good question yeah how will we know who is part of the council?" Momo asked "to answer your question Yaoyorozu and Todoroki we managed to find contact with the principal and he is willing to see how you guys do before signing this contract" Aizawa said as he pulled out a contract "oh so basically we are going to use them to get stronger?" Bakugou asked "also they possess a very powerful brooch it is sapphire and their secretary owns it we need to put it to safe keeping if it goes in the wrong hands it will destroy humanity" Aizawa said "so we are going to steal a valuable object?" Jiro asked "well yes we have no choice it is the only way but I have a feeling they won't give it up so easily" Aizawa said. 1-A met up with one of the council members which is Muichiro "is that a kid? I thought we were meeting a council member" Kirishima asked "well who knows maybe the council member is sick so they are using a kid to help us maybe the council member is babysitting" Sero joked "oi kid where is the council member?" Bakugou asked "I am the council member" Muichiro replied "WHAT?! BUT YOU LOOK SO YOUNG" Uraraka yelled "I'm 14 and keep your voice down it's getting annoying now fallow me" Muichiro said as everyone fallowed Muichiro. "He is so young to be part of their council" Tsuyu said "maybe he is smart or strong?" Denki said "hah! This kid won't be stronger then me" Bakugou said "who knows the world can give a baby a quirk that can allow them to lift up a boulder it could be his" Izuku said as Shoto was enjoying nature around them "we're here it's just beyond these vines" Muichiro said as he went through the vines and there was a huge building with fences all around it and a huge gate and next to the gate was a monitor "Hey I'm back let me in you bastard" Muichiro said "okay stop being mean to me it hurt you know that right?" Rengoku asked "I don't care" Muichiro said as Rengoku allowed everyone to come in the school campus.
When 1-A came in inside the school they were surprised on how big it was and some looked inside the classrooms and what they saw first was an art class without a teacher "where is the art teacher?" Mina asked "the council are the teachers but currently the secretary is not here so the students are using their time to finish up on their projects" Muichiro said as they reached the council meeting room. "This is where the council has their meetings and today is a meeting day so the whole council will be here" Muichiro said as he went to his seat and Shoto went next to him "Todoroki you are part of U.A not part of their council" Aizawa said "so the principal did make a mistake and thought you were actually part of their school?" Muichiro asked "yeah, guys I'm actually an exchange student from Kimetsu academy I have been doing that for a while I go to different schools to see if they want to have a school relationship with Kimetsu academy as the Kimetsu council secretary" Shoto said "WHAT?! YOUR AN EXCHANGE STUDENT THIS WHOLE TIME?!" Everyone yelled as the rest of the pillars came in "lets get the meeting started Shoto and Giyuu please get some chairs for our guests" Gyomei said and Giyuu and Shoto got 20 chairs for the class. "This ruins everything he knows what we need too" Aizawa whispered to his students "Gyomei is Oyakata-sama not coming today?" Shinobu asked "unfortunately not he cannot he is teaching Kiriya-sama" Tengen said "Shoto can you tell us if they are speaking the truth?" Giyuu whispered to Shoto who nodded. "May we ask why do you want to have a school relationship with Kimetsu academy?" Mitsuri asked 1-A "we want to get stronger so we thought having a school relationship will help both our schools to be stronger" Aizawa answered then the Hashira's looked at Shoto and his eyes were red and green "I see now what do you want in return? Like you guys want to have a relationship and we want to give you guys more sometimes" Obanai said "we want the sapphire brooch and we want a U.A student to weild it's power" Iida said as the pillars minus Shoto was shocked then they looked at Shoto and both his eyes where green "your joking right? We can't give up the brooch" Sanemi said "may we ask why?" Momo asked "the brooch's current wielder can take someone's life if they don't get permission by its current owner, if someone isn't ready to use it's power the brooch will go to a different person and from what we know it only chooses it's new owner and for some reason it choose students from this academy" Shoto explained. "So your saying we have to be students at this school?" Bakugou asked "no that's not what we are saying we don't know how it works there is a book on it's power in the library but so far we didn't find it yet but I have a few ideas on what it would be" Shoto said "do you want to try now? We can continue the meeting while you are away" Gyomei asked "no we can continue this meeting, do you guys want to ask anymore questions?" Shoto asked 1-A "who is the current owner of the brooch?" Izuku asked "classified we can't risk giving out their identity" Muichiro said. "This is useless just sign the damn contract so we can train" Bakugou said "we must test you guys first" Giyuu said and everyone agreed "yes we should make a test but for now give us a minute to talk about our decision" Shinobu said "I think we should combine our ideas for this test" Sanemi said "that would be to extreme Sanemi" Shoto said "well the harder it is the most likely we can forge a bond between our schools" Sanemi said "that is fair but split it to half" Shoto said "fine then but it will be Flamboyant" Tengen said.
1-A went back to school without Shoto since he has his role of being the secretary of Kimetsu academy "sensei what do we do now? The mission is now a complete bust" Iida said "I don't know but one of U.A's strongest students is not a part of U.A but now part of Kimetsu academy plus we have no idea who the brooch's current owner is" Aizawa said disappointed "what are we going to do? We rely on Todoroki's ice quirk to capture villains when we get attacked" Izuku asked "who knows you live or die I have faith in U.A to come up with something" a voice said and 1-A got spooked ass Shoto walked in the class. "TODOROKI!" The class yelled "I thought you are with your academy" Bakugou said "I left something here and U.A never cancelled my ID so I can still walk in and out of U.A" Shoto said as he walked over to his desk and got out a jewelry box "what is that?" Aizawa asked "you guys wanted to know who is the current owner of the sapphire brooch" Shoto said "yeah so who is it?" Kirishima asked as everyone was hoping Shoto would tell them "I am" Shoto replied as he opened the box and it was the brooch "WHAT?! YOU ARE IT'S OWNER?!" Bakugou yelled "yeah, I am so you want to see it's power? I don't mind if you want to" Shoto said "maybe later" Aizawa "alright then I'll come back when the council makes their decision" Shoto said as he disappeared with blue sparkles surrounding him. "That was an amazing exit mon ami" Aoyama said "Aoyama your freaking me out" Izuku said as Aoyama was breaking the forth wall again.
