Not like: 안 좋다 -> 안 좋아해요 
Not good: 안 좋다 -> 안 좋아요
                              It is not as strong of a word as dislike. But its a general way to say 'I don't like it. I also don't dislike it.' Dislike is a strong word I feel. There are some things that you don't really like but you also don't dislike them. Its somewhere in the middle of that scale.
                              Let's discuss some examples,
                              그거 안 좋아(요).
That is not  good.
                              그거 안 좋아해(요).
I don't like that.
                              ~
                              오늘 날씨 안 좋아(요).
The weather is not good today.
                              비가 안 좋아해(요).
I don't like rain.
                              ~
                              이 치즈 빵 안 좋다.
This cheese bread is not good.
                              이 치즈 빵 너무 안 좋아(요).
This cheese bread is really not good
                              이 치즈 빵 진짜 안 좋아해(요).
I really don't like this banana bread.
                              ~
                              저는 귀여운 것들이 안 좋아해(요).
I don't like cutesy things.
                              귀여운 것들이 안 좋아(요).
Cutesy things are not good.
                              ~
                              초코 케잌 안 좋아(요)?
Is chocolate cake not good?
                              초코 케잌 좋아해(요)?
Do you not like chocolate cake?
                              ~
Vocabulary:
                              비 - rain
                              치즈 - cheese
                              Let's try a dialogue from whatever we've learnt before. 
                              Tingle (author): 안녕하세요. 잘 지내요?
                              You: 그럼! Tingle는요?
                              Tingle: 저도 잘 지냈어요. 오랜만이다. 
                              You: 맞아요. 원래 오랜만이에요. 
                              Tingle: 오늘 시간이 있어요?
                              You: 음 오늘 없어요. 토요일..시간 있어요?
                              Tingle: 넵! 토요일에 만나자!
                              (토요일)
                              You: 밥 먹었어요?
                              Tingle: 아니요. 아직 안 먹었어요.
                              You: 아 왜요?
                              Tingle: 그냥. 잩이 먹을게!
                              You: 거기는 카페 있어요. 좋은 얘기 들었어요. 
                              Tingle: 그래요. 거기 가자.
                              You: 뭐 먹고 싶어요?
                              Tingle: 너 주문해. (반말)
                              You: 또 반말? ㅎㅎ
                              Tingle: 안 좋아? 
                              You: 에이 좋아! 근데 여기의 빵이 안 좋아요. 다른거 주문 해줘.
                              Tingle: 불고기 어때?
                              You: 정말 좋아요.
                              Tingle: 다음에, 인천에 불고기 카페 가자. 
                              You: 카페 안 좋아해요. 가고 싶지 않아요/안 가고 싶어요.
                              Tingle: 왜요?
                              You:  그기 사람들처럼 사람들이 안 좋아해요.
                              Tingle: 헐....
