Solution:
그거 + 뭐 + 예요 = that + what + is = what's that?
We can make many sentences just like this. For example:
◎이거 책이에요.
◎저거 물이에요.
◎그거 카메라예요.
◎이거 커피예요.
◎그거 바나나 우유예요.
◎저거 오렌지예요.
◎이거 저예요.
Additional info:
-예요 is a casual and polite particle.
Its informal version is 야.
And its formal version is 입니까.
Therefore we get, 뭐예요, 뭐야 and 무엇입니까.
