Tears poured from my useless eyes as Ty spoke, his voice dead and melancholy.

““It’s too late, Jason. You’ve already done the damage.”

He then left the room, leaving me and Jason sobbing.

Jason looked at me, and spoke, his voice hushed. “Are you going to be leaving me too..?”

I sniffed and wiped my eyes with the back of my hand.

“No…I..forgive you, Jason..”

Silence filled the room, only disturbed by the soft sniffling.

“You..do..? After all that I did to you..?”

I nodded. “The only problem is Ty…He seems to know a lot more than I do when it comes to my past..Plus you were a bigger d*ck to him than you were to me..”

Jason just sighed and sniffed.

I walked over to him and sat down, wiping his tears away and comforting him.

“T-Thanks, Adam..”

“Adam?” I blinked, confused. “Who’s Adam?”

“Right..I forgot..” he sighed. “Your human name was Adam.”

“Oh..” I blinked, processing the information. “Jeez..Why do I have so many names?”

Jason smiled at me. “Because you just do.”

We sat around for a while, not talking but still enjoying each other’s presence.

“Jason?”

“Yes Sky?”

“Can you tell me a story?” I blushed, feeling very childish.

Jason chuckled a little. “About what?”

“About my time as a human..”

“Hmm..” Jason paused and thought about which moment he wanted to share with me.

“You used to really like gold, or butter as you called it.”

“And I still do!”

Jason chuckled some more.

“You also really hated Squids for whatever reason..”

I frowned at the mention of that sea creature.

Jason laughed some more.

“And it seems like you still do..”

I nodded.

“Well..I remember one time while I was over at your house, you were cooking some food when you saw a squid in your sink.”

I frowned more.

Jason laughed. “You threw a hissy fit and literally threw it out of the window.”

I finally broke into a smile, imagining the scene.

“After that, you refused to cook anything and lived off of the sandwiches that either me or Ty would make you for a week.”

Laughing, I punched his shoulder. “I bet those where terrible..” I teased.

Jason snorted, but was still smiling. “Well, that’s what you get for being lazy and not cooking something for yourself.”

Rolling my eyes, I asked for another story.

“We used to play a game called Minecraft. Ty loved to blow things up, you were obsessed with butter, and I had a pig named Jeffery and a bat named Dillon.”

I nodded. That was reasonable.

“We used to play adventure maps where we had to follow a story line and beat a lot of bosses. The best ones where made by a person named Hypixel.”

Again, I nodded.

“We also did parkour maps; parkour is when you jump from place to place and if you fell, most of the time you would die and have to respawn.”

“Huh..That doesn’t really sound like something I would like..”

Jason shrugged but then smiled. “Well, one of our friends named Bodil40 made the best maps and we had so much fun playing them. Though, he loved to troll us and pull a bunch of pranks on us.”

I smiled a little.

“We also played a lot of mini games like Cops and Robbers, Do not Laugh, Finish the Story, and Klub Ice.”

“Really?” I raised my eyebrows. “Was I good at those games?”

Jason laughed. “When we played Cops and Robbers, you were a terrible warden.”

I joined in on the giggles. “Sounds about right.”

“When we played Do Not Laugh, we all made the lamest jokes and yet still got each other to laugh.”

“Oh yeah?” I raised my eye. “What’s an example?”

The other person thought about it. “Well, when it was your turn to not laugh, Ty trapped himself with a bunch of chickens and kept chanting ‘free the chickens! Free the chickens!’”

I chuckled, imagining how stupid that looked.

Jason elbowed me. “See what I mean?”

I nodded.

The night went on pretty quickly as Jason and I shared laughs and jokes, as happy as can be.

Eventually Tris came into the room and dragged me out.

And as you would guess, I was pretty upset about it. But then she told me that he would just going to be observed for a little while longer before they released him.

I can’t wait for that to happen.

After a boring day of stealing information with D3AD_L0X, I flew as fast as I could back to the room where Jason was held.

There were a bunch of scientist there, and they were all pretty startled to see me there.

“Hey Sky!” Jason greeted me with a warm smile and wave.

The scientists were even more puzzled but let me through, curious to see what kind of interactions they would get out of me and Jason.

I hugged him, smiling wide.

Breaking away, I eyed the rest of the researchers. “Low long have they been here?”

Jason shrugged. “Ever since you left..”

Ty walked in, slowly and hesitantly. It seems like he’s still in a bad mood from last night.

Jason tensed a little and looked over my shoulder.

“Er..Hi Ty..” Jason unwrapped his arms and sat with his back against the wall.

“…Hey..” The other robot’s voice was quiet, yet intimidating.

The three of us stood around as an awkward silence covered the room.

I cleared my throat. “So um..How are you, Jason?”

Jason shrugged again. “Fine I guess. Though, being watched all the time by those crazy workers is really starting to creep me out..”

The “crazy workers” scribbled some notes on their clipboards.

I looked at the direction where Ty was. “So um..are you going to talk or no?”

More silence.

“Jason..I…”

Jason looked up at the sound of his name.

“I..If Sky forgives you, then so do I..”

I sighed in relief. At least they didn’t hate eachother anymore…

“However..”

Both of us just stared at him.

“If you f*cking mess up again, I won’t hesitate to kill you.”

Ty got up and left.

The words hung in the air as both I and my friend stared at each other in consternation.

“Well..” I squeaked, shattering the silence again. “Better not mess up, then..”

Jason slowly nodded.
