"do you have a favorite type of bird?" y/n asked as she slid to the floor of her boyfriends dorm.

"dunno, do you?" he said, back on the hardwood floor as he watch his girlfriend slip from his bed and to the spot next to him.

"i like those one birds that have big dangly things, ya know? whenever i think of their names i think they're seagulls but i know that's wrong." she said, falling into a slight rant before looking at her boyfriend, "do you know what their names are?".

"mark, probably." he said, staring up at the ceiling.

"yeah." they sat in silence before y/n based and screamed, "pelican!".

denki jumped and started at the girl with wide eyes, a soft curse falling from his lips before he chuckled lightly as y/n smiled.

"they're called pelicans! i love pelicans!" she said, a goofy smiled spread on her cheeks as she laced her hands together before sighing happily.

"i like the small little birds that are loud."

"of course you would."

"they remind me of mic.".
