Laughing away all the pain
I bet that you'd do the same
Lie about the truth
Don't hurt me
Because I never hurt you
Speak your mind before you go
Don't say what I already know
Burn me out
I'd run away
If I had the energy
I'm not counting on you
Admit that you were wrong
And you're just repeating the same old song
It's not anything new
I've got nothing to lose
You really went there
And I was so unaware
How could I miss all of the glares?
Scream out with my lonely black heart
This will tear you apart
How can they forgive me now?
After I was lost
And I'm the reason you were found
I'm tainted
Scarred and left alone with a gun
How can this be undone?
Convince me to change my mind
Be there with me all the time
Don't go away
At least not today
Wait until tomorrow
To break my heart
There's always a promise
When you're in a good mood
There's always something to look forward to
When I loved you
I might have broken a promise or two
Made to myself
When I hurt
I take the pain and learn
Of what I shouldn't say
If I'm gone today
I'll have to end this way
