After we've finished around midnight, both of us were extremely exhausted to the point I almost fell asleep.
「A-Arch, what if I get pregnant?」
「I'll take responsibility.」
Well, that's the obvious thing to do if you end up having a child after doing sex with a girl. My father left me and my mother while I was still a kid so I don't want to make my child suffer the same fate. Plus, I'm looking forward to see how my first child will look like.
「You're not lying, are you?」
「Yeah, I promise.」
There may come a time when I save the world, I will have to return to my world. But before then, I'll find a way to stay in contact with my family here. And if ever I can't return back to this world, I'll atleast leave a clone of me behind.
Feeling slightly glad from my promise, she showed me a satisfied smile and embraced me tightly. That smile alone made my heart skip a beat.
「You're a strange human... Normally dwarves were only welcome in every race because of our talent as blacksmiths so it didn't mean humans liked us... But you're a bit different, you even made love to me. Are you sure you're a real human? 」
「Haha, well I'm actually ningen.」
I don't think it would hurt to tell her my real race. I also think it's okay if I tell her I'm the hero.
「Ningen?! The higher species of hyumans? That Ningen?」
「Yup.」
She was surprised by my sudden declaration of being a higher species compared hyumans. Her eyes widened and her lips tightened.
「I heard it's the greatest race that has superior talents compared to humans, elves, dwarves, beastkin or even spirits. When dwarves has superior strength, elves have superior speed, beastman have both but less magic and humans have balanced all the stats, ningen had far more superior stats. You're one of those people?」
「Yeah, am I that rare?」
「Yes, your race is said to already be extinct in this world, but I heard more still exist in the heroes planet.」
Heroes Planet means Earth, right? That's a fascinating thing to find out.
「To think I'm having a child with a ningen... I'm really happy, Arch.」
She's so adorable... I guess I won't tell her I'm the hero unless she asks, it might attract trouble.
「By the way, do you have a room where I can forge? I'm actually also accustomed to blacksmithing.」
「Yes, I have just the room for that. But please be careful inside. You might burn the goods.」
After wearing back our clothes, she led me to an almost empty room in the first floor which only had a few boxes inside. It was near her workplace and the entrance looked like a trapdoor, perhaps it was her emergency evacuation room. Having such things in this world is a good choice considering you may never know if monsters attack a city out of the blue.
