Volume 1 - Chapter 27: Let's Go To The Slime Dungeon!

A month has passed since the destruction of the Sifana Forest Dungeon's core. After being left for 5 weeks, it has returned into a normal forest were monsters, from big or small, from strong to weak made their homes.

After this whole month I've grown stronger. Strong enough that I feel like I can beat anyone that comes to stop me in my tracks. Walking on clouds with my《Blessing Of The Sky God》skill, moving at the speed of lightning and lifting a 50 ton boulder with limited stats, being unkillable at night with《Blessing Of The Night God》weren't an impossible feat for me anymore. But ofcourse, I can't tell that to anyone in this world. I can even return back to life when I die with the《Redo》skill as long as I am needed by this world!

「Arch, why are you spacing out?」

Ah, right. I'm currently on a date with Sarsotelin. She looked at me dubiously while chewing on a spoonful of icecream cake opposite my chair. It's basically a date in a famous restaurant that makes desserts and we sat facing each other while between us was a round table.

「It's nothing. Just reminiscing memories, and is it really alright for our baby if you eat too much sweets?」

Her face turned pale and she froze like the icecream cake she was eating. I liked teasing her this way since she cares alot for our child and at the same time like desserts such as icecream. What a childish girl fitting her appearance. Huh? I feel like a lolicon for some reason.

「I hope not....」

I gave her a light rub on the head as an apology for teasing her too much. I don't want to make her regret getting pregnant afterall.

「I was just kidding. By the way, aren't you mad at me?」

「Why would I be?」

She tilted her head. To be honest I'm rather curious about this world's common sense. It sometimes hold difference with the ones from Earth.

「It's okay to have some other wives as long as you can take care of your family.」

She said to me in a small voice while looking at me with her piercing blue eyes.

This world isn't against polygamy. In fact, it's widely famous for the nobility, except not many people are into it and it's mostly just the corrupt officials or famous adventurers. Seriously, I hope I'm counted as the latter.

「I see, I understand. I'm pleased to hear that you're okay with me.」

「But keep it low. Don't make too much wives, got it?」

Certainly, if I have myself too much wives to handle and there comes a time I become bankrupt, just imagine the consequences.

「I understand. How does 1,000 sound?」

A vein had clearly popped out on the cheeks and forehead of a smiling Sarsotelin. I subconsciously swallowed my saliva.

「Only 5.」

「Y-Yeah, five it is.」

S-Scary.
She's emitting so much killing intent that the passerbys stared at us out of surprise. Even the restaurant worker came to comfort her with a popsicle.
