Chapter 25

"sarah where are you going?" suki catches up to the girl in the hallway.

"it didnt seem like they wanted me there," she flatly responds.

"oh just ignore them sarah, they shouldve went to their own table!" bokuto came running up to them.

the two hug the girl as she just stands there.

"i just get a weird vibe that the girl, myou, doesnt like me or something. she seems fake."

"hmmm..." suki thinks. "has anything been bugging you lately to make you feel this way?"

"yeah..." sarah nods. "it's that time of the month..."

bokuto steps away and covers his ears.

"ohhhhhh... do you think it could be that talking?" suki offers. "if she was really bad i dont think akaashi would want anything to do with her."

"i guess your right," sarah sighs. "ill try to be friendlier with her."

"good!" sarah exclaims. "do you want to go sit outside?"

"sure!"

the two friends walk to the doors with bokuto closely behind.

sarah walks into the house after the long school day, putting her stuff away and heading to the living room. she was ready to be lazy, luckily not being assigned any extra homework that day.

she flops on the couch next to akaashi who was texting on his phone.

he looks up as she sits down.

"hey sarah."

"hey 'kaashi."

a small smile grazes his lips at the nickname, but then remembers what he was going to talk to her about.

"sorry about lunch," he responds. "sorry for subtly pressuring you to get up. myou's just a new student and its tough. you would know."

'oh so he admits it'

sarah doesnt respond at first, just nods.

"what do you have against her anyway?"

"what do you mean?" she looks at him in confusion.

"in class i saw you rolling your eyes and acting all annoyed and rude to her."

"oh." sarah stays silent, feeling guilty. "it was just my period talking, sorry."

"you should apologize to her, since she noticed and commented about it to me."

sarah fights back the urge to ask him why he was so attached to her when they just met.

"fine. whats her number?"

akaashi reads it out to her as she enters it into her phone.

"thanks."

akaashi nods.

sighing, she opens up a chatroom.

"ugh," sarah rolls her eyes.

i just wanted to apologize for being rude
