Chapter 2

A/N ~ heres chapter 2 hehe! hope you like it!

I get to the school gates, nice and safe. I stop before the entrance and look around. the school is huge with gardens surrounding the school. My high school before was much smaller and less decorated, and was a public school. Fukurodani Academy is definitely a huge change.

When I talked to the guidance counsellor over the phone, she told me that I would have a guide in my year that would introduce me to people the first couple weeks and help me get around.

I'm nervous, very nervous. The reason is the last time I had friends, I pushed them all away after finding out about my fathers illness. I kind of forget how it feels to have one. I really hope my guide and I get along.

I continue up to the school, push open the doors and step inside. I take a deep breathe. Ahhh... that new school smell.

"Are you sniffing the school?" I yelp and fall to the ground, startled by the voice.

"Oh no," the voice mutters. A hand reaches down to help me up. I take it and pull myself up, brushing my uniform over.
"Im sorry I startled you," I look up at the person who knocked me over, and my eyes are met with a pair of gunmetal blue ones.

"I like your eyes," I blurt out. Realizing what I said, I slapped my hands over my mouth and go red. The mystery boy chuckles, and runs his hair through his messy black hair.

"Thanks," he says, smirking. he reaches out an arm to shake mine. "Im Keiji Akaashi," I take his hand and shake it.
"Im Sarah Tenshi," I say.
"Nice to meet you, Tenshi-san,"
"You too, Akaashi-kun," He smiles at me, making me feel warm inside.
"AKGAAAASHIII!!!!" a guy with black and silver spiky hair skips over to us.
"COME WITH MEEEE!!"
Akaashi sighs.
"Okay, Bokuto-san." He waves to me goodbye and walks over to where spiky haired guy stands and they both walk down the hallway together.

As I watch them walk away, I let out a shaky breath and realize I stopped breathing. Gosh, he was so pretty. Especially that smile and those eyes, agh. I swoon. Whats getting into me! Ive never been one of those girls that swoon over boys! Never! But he was just too cute.

Akaashi seemed like those types of guys who never smiled often, so that smile must've been a rare sight. I sure hope we end up in the same classes together because i really want to get to know him better. He seems like such an amazing person. But why would a guy like that ever like a girl like me?? Plain, boring, ordinary me with plain light brown hair ending halfway down my back and plain dark brown eyes. My hight is also ordinary as well. 5'4 is the average hight for a female and that also happens to be my hight.

I let out a sigh and follow the sign that leads to the main office. I sure hope my guide is nice.

I go to open the door but someone beats me too it. A girl with long black, flowing hair and huge blue eyes bursts through the door and sweeps me up into a hug.
"Oh my gosh i'm so excited your here!!!! Im your guide, Amira, Suki Amira, but you can call me by my first name if you'd like. I love it when i'm called Suki-chan!! Well anyway, we're both in the same homeroom so i will stick with you and show you around and we'll become besties!"
I open my mouth to say something but nothing comes out. Wow, she's really energetic.
"I- I- I'm Sarah Tenshi," I manage to spit out. Suki steps back and gives me a look over.
"Oh, your a shy one, aren't ya? Ill help you get out of your shell, sarah-chan! Do you mind if I call you that?" I smile warmly and nod my head.
"Thats perfect," I assure her. Suki smiles, grabs my hand and squeezes.
"Let me show you around,"
