THIRD PERSON's POV
Jungkook and Taehyung were greeted by a wide, royal-looking area. The table was made of glass, and the floor is made of real marbles that don't even have any stains. He couldn't see a speck of single dirt, not even a scratch on the floor.
He nervously looked up when he saw his man's father, the back of his both hands clasped to each other with his chin on top, seriously looking while they make their way in.
The food, the dish, everything looks fantastic. Classy...divine.
Taehee stopped and so does the two, they are a few inches away from each other. The older male kept trying to stay close but Jungkook kept stepping back. He's scared, he looks scary.
Taehee looked behind her and gave Taehyung and Jungkook a small, not-so-obvious nod. Taehyung made his way onto the right side of the table and was followed by Jungkook too. Taehee on the other hand went to the other side, her father's left.
Mrs. Kim offered him a smile, which he did at the same time. When his stares went to the man, it didn't even last for a second. Not even a millisecond.
Taehyung being a gentleman himself pulled the chair for Jungkook to sit down. The younger hid his smile before sitting down politely. Taehyung also did.
"Alright everyone, you can now take the dinner." said Mrs. Kim before turning, "Eat everything you want, Jungkook. Don't hesitate to tell us if you need something." she grinned.
Jungkook bowed carefully. "Thank you for the company, Mrs. Kim. I appreciate it." Jungkook told her thoughtfully before grabbing the dinner napkin with his shaky hands as he placed it on his lap.
Plates and forks are clanging, not even one of them has the urge to talk or create a single noise. It was just so serious, too serious to handle.
"Who are you?" a voice suddenly asked.
All of them looked to their sides in front, seeing the mister looking straight to Jungkook that feared the hell out of him. He couldn't look away, he just couldn't.
"I..um.."
"Who are you," he repeated, making Taehyung's blood boil for a bit.
"Don't ask him like that, Dad."
Mrs. Kim held his hand gently before worriedly looked at his husband.
"I'm... Jeon Jungkook, Sir." Jungkook answered with his head lowered down, stares down at the food on his plate.
Taehee remained silent, she just watched and observed.
Mr. Kim dropped his spoon and fork as he raised his eyebrows, a smirk growing from his face.
"That's not what I wanted to hear, little boy." he stopped.
"Who are you to Taehyung?"
Jungkook's heart pounded loudly, almost ripping his ribcage off. He gulped and gulped, legs trembling and dripped his right hand on the chair, making Taehyung hold it tight. He started caressing it to calm him down but didn't help.
He doesn't know what to answer, the cat got his tongue so bad.
"I-I'm his friend.." Finally, he lied. He looked upon Taehyung, seeing the frustration in his eyes but kept it inside of him for it to remain unnoticed.
A laugh was heard. A loud laugh.
"You're awful at lying, kid." Mr. Kim sternly grinned, shooting his stares to Taehyung's eyes.
