THIRD PERSON's POV

"A toast for our birthday celebrant! Cheers!" Jimin chanted to everyone, lifting the wine glass he is holding, glancing at everyone.

"Cheers!" everyone answered, toasting the glasses to each other before drinking them right away.

They're enjoying it. The lights are illuminating around the area, giving bar vibes as they all danced slowly together with the song being played that's now heard everywhere.

Jungkook on the other hand, just watched them in the kitchen, staring at them blankly but also have that 'Lil hint of happiness.

He didn't realize this day. This day a few days ago. Many things have been filling his mind lately. That meet-up, the project, everything. Everything is eating him up.

He somehow felt someone's presence on his side. He couldn't see it properly on his peripheral eye-sight and is too lazy to look at who is it. It didn't bother him that much, because he doesn't care really.

"Aren't you going to eat?" said the voice beside him. The younger sighed then, shaking his head.

"Nah, you go eat there. I'm going to head up back to my room," he answered shortly after. The presence went closer and closer until their shoulders bump on each other, making Jungkook look at him weirdly.

"What the fuck are you doing asshole? The space is so wide there right?" he barked, but Taehyung just chuckled before holding his chin.

"Wifey is still mad huh?" The older smirked putting his face closer to Jungkook's, feeling each other's breaths.

"You still look good tonight, love. Happy birthday," Taehyung greeted huskily, closing the gap by pecking on Jungkook's cheeks, leaving the younger's face red as a tomato.

One of the people in the space clapped three times, dimming the whole surroundings but one big spotlight in the middle. The chilling song disappeared, replacing a very romantic song after.

"It's a very lovely night everyone, why not take your chosen partner in the middle of the spotlight to take a simple dance together," said the baritone voice, which the younger couldn't guess who.

Everyone clapped in amusement when a five pair of partners went to the middle, positioning themselves before looking at each other, seeing sparks and lightning to their eyes which indicates their love together.

Jungkook's mouth opened a bit, amazed while watching how they danced gracefully, as if like princes and princesses. They are just staring at each other the whole dance, mumbling something to each other before giggling lightly.

The happiness in Jungkook's eyes is shown, seeing a very fantastic scene in front of him that he didn't expect to see, knowing that he only believed this kind of thing only happens in movies. He walked out of the kitchen, feeling Taehyung following him too.

After a few minutes of dancing in the spotlight, they all headed away, leaving it empty again.

"Everyone, go get a partner and enjoy this remaining time of the night. Let's all dance together and enjoy," announced the voice before the lights went to Jungkook's direction, making him flinch as everyone's eyes landed on his.

"Again, here's another toast for Jungkook. Happy birthday!"

They all greeted back, lifting the liquors and wines they are holding. Jungkook's head and turned into the side when a waiter suddenly appeared after nowhere, passing a glass of champagne in front of the confused boy.

Jungkook looked at the hyungs that are now standing a few gaps away from him, eyeing them for permission. Of course, no matter what happened, Jungkook is still their little brother. They have the decision on whether he'll get it or not.

Jin didn't want to, but it's his baby's birthday. The remaining three on the other hand lifted their thumbs on Jungkook. Namjoon lightly touched Jin's shoulder which made the older look at him.

He slightly nodded, before breaking into a smile.

"Sir?" the waiter called him.

The younger didn't hesitate anymore so he picked the champagne, smiling widely before lifting it.

"Cheers, everyone."

"Cheers!"

A very dim light filled the area with a soft blast of the music, romantic music still lingering around. They all got their partners after drinking their wines and liquors, going back as if nothing happens.

Jungkook looked at the glass he is holding. He couldn't remember the last time he drank alcohol but forget about that. What he needed to do is to have fun and drink as his stomach allows him to.

A hand snakes to his feminine, thin waist, pulling him closer again.

"Can you fucking late me go?" he annoyingly stated to the older, but as usual, didn't let go.

"Is holding your wife illegal now?" he asked deeply.

"Wife my foot, I'll never marry a jerk like you, asshole."

Taehyung laughed under his breath as Jungkook felt his warm breaths on his nape but this time, did not make him uncomfortable. Something rushed to his body, felt like electricity.

"Really? Then I'll keep you in this grip then," Taehyung jokingly told him, making Jungkook's anger build up more.

"Fuck you, let me go!" he almost shouted.

"Shh, just enjoy the moment right now." he paused. "I'll bring you somewhere, okay? Just my gift for my wife." the older whispered gently, reaching for Jungkook's hand before intertwining it with his fingers.

"Happy birthday, love."

"I'll always hate you, Kim fucking Taehyung."

"I'll always love you too, Gguk."
