THIRD PERSON's POV

"What's your plan, Taehyung?" Taehee asks, flipping her pen repeatedly while elbows are placed on top of the glass table.

The said young man closed his eyes tightly and saw nothing but darkness. His mind turned black and empty, unable to think of the right choice that could benefit the company itself.

"I... I don't know. I couldn't think of anything." he bitterly shook his head and bit the inside of his cheeks.

An off sigh left the female's mouth and dropped the pen she's holding, looking away as she tried to think of an idea that could help — but nothing came up. She wanted to help, but she doesn't know-how. Even a simple idea is hard to think of.

"It's okay, I completely understand. You don't have to rush," she said, giving her brother a genuine smile to reduce the stress getting into him.

"Thank you, Taehee. I'm sorry but making a decision right now is so hard. Please give me time." Taehyung pressed his lips together, wiping his sweat using the sleeves of what he's wearing.

Taehee nodded and stood up, lifting her things before gathering them together as one.

"Take your time, dude. You know we're always here for you," uttered Taehee, looking down at her wristwatch.

"Well, it seems like I need to go now. See you around."

Without even realizing it, Taehyung was left inside his office. They've been staying here for about two days straight. They sleep on the couch, do work 'till midnight, and wake up early again in the morning doing the same thing again and again. They rarely get sleep, just to try to bring up this company again.

It's so tough, now that Jungkook is slowly growing thin. Those bags under his eyes are showing how hard he's striving to bring it back. It's destroying his heart, tearing it into pieces. No matter how much he stops him, the younger will just say he's fine and keeps on insisting that he needs to do something about bringing all the investors he could get. He didn't even notice his eyes watered when someone went inside the room. He saw him, looking pale and tired.

"Baby... Oh my God, I'm sorry." he stood up, locking the confused boy in his arms. His heart is aching so bad, aching in so much pain.

"Is something wrong?" asked Jungkook, holding both of his shoulders. He just shook his head and nuzzled at the crook of his neck, arms hugging his waist.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry about this. You don't deserve to be in this fucked up situation."

Taehyung heard him sigh, hands soon made their way at his back and instantly tapped it softly.

"No, Taehyung. Thank you, because this hard time made me stronger at least. I realized a lot of things, thanks to you and this 'fucked up' situation." he explained, rubbing circles at him.

"Babe... I love you. So much." Taehyung sternly, locking eyes with the younger.

Jungkook's eyes glimmered, lightning up the whole mood.

"More than a heartbeat, Tae. You know I love you too." he pecked at his lips, giving him a sweet and loving smile.

They rubbed their nose together and shared giggles. God, they'll not forget this moment.

Midnight, midnight. They decided to go back home and try to have a great night after loads of works.

Jungkook already fell into a deep slumber, but Taehyung remained his eyes open like an owl in darkness. He's debating over something, even his phone is suffocating because of how tight his grip is.
