THIRD PERSON's POV

The investors clapped their hands as Taehyung got up, smiling at them one by one. A hand offered him a handshake at his left, and he accepted it. Some of them started murmuring about how good he was, and that made him continue his grin. He's proud of himself. This is the 8th meeting he attended today, it's hella exhausting.

A few minutes have passed and he was left alone inside the meeting room. The door just closed and from there, he dropped his smile. He closed his eyes because of tiredness, cracking his knuckles and bones. Moving his head in a circular motion and adjusted his eyes. What a big day, indeed.

The energy he had disappeared so quickly, it's so tough. He just wanted to sleep, if he's only comfortable in the spot where he is right now, he could've just taken a nap from there. The time is ticking and running fast, an hour and 30 minutes, it'll be midnight.

He didn't even notice that someone went inside the room. No one would go inside without knocking, that's one of his rules in the company — except for one.

"Are you okay, Tae?" asked the voice. He gained back his little smile and repeatedly rubbed his forehead before looking up to Jungkook.

He held the younger's hand that was placed to the table and giggled silently.

"Yeah, I'm okay," he answered with a raspy, tired voice which Jungkook immediately noticed.

Jungkook looked at him anxiously, he couldn't bear seeing him look this unarranged. The bags under his eyes are quite visible than the other day, his necktie was loosened and his hair was in a mess.

He sat beside him, examining his face. "We should go home now and take a rest. Your eyes.." he held Taehyung's jaw and looked closer. "They're puffy. You barely sleep because of all these works."

Taehyung couldn't even answer, moving an inch on where he is is already hard to do. Too sleepy feels like he doesn't have any choice but to sleep here.

He felt a hand holding his forehead before brushing it to the back of his hair. "Let's go home, I'll carry you," whispered Jungkook.

He laughs. "You can't carry me."

"Yes, I can! But I'll only support you, you have to walk." Jungkook shyly muttered.

Taehyung snickered. "So that means you can't carry me," he said, taking a deep breath.

"We can't sleep here, it's too dark."

"Open the lights."

"But this place is unclean, look at all these clouds of dust."

Taehyung sighed, snuggling to Jungkook's hand as he leaned his head more to the table — and that's why Jungkook sough. He had to do it.

"I'll drive, I'll carry you there and—"

His head shook after hearing what he said. "No, I'll drive—"

Jungkook sighed, stopping him. "Just let me do it, just tonight. Now, lift your head and I'll carry you."

He then turned around. "In my back."

Jungkook took a step slowly, for the sleepy young man on his back to stay asleep. Goddamn, he cursed. He didn't expect for him to be this heavy. Even raising his foot to walk is a challenge. Well, it's his choice. His man needs to take a rest anyway.

A groan left his mouth but soon was replaced with a relief when he managed to reach the door. A loud squeak echoed around, lucky to say that they're the only ones left there -- which is kind of bad luck too. It was unexpected for Taehyung to be this heavy, for sure his back will feel sore. It'll be worth it though.
