There’s a lot that can happen in three and a half months.

Trial medicines can be created and found successful as they were in Minnie’s case.

Pregnancies can be announced, meaning more kids on the way, not just one, but twins.

And tours can be announced.

“And you’ll be careful? And call me every day? And won’t lift anything heavy?”

“Yes, yes and yes.”

“And you won’t empty the litter box?”

“No.”

“And you’ll take it easy?”

“Ashton I’ll be fine.” Destiny laughed, “Between Lauren moving in to help with the kids, and the other girlfriends and your Mom, I’ll be fine.”

Sighing I nodded.

“Have fun.” She said softly, “Go back out there and remind everyone why they love you guys.”

“My ruggedly good looks?” Michael questioned from over the top of Jess’ head as he hugged her tightly.

“No your music you idiot.” she laughed.

Poking his tongue out at her, Michael redirected his attention to Jess. Looking around I watched Luke, his brothers, parents and Charlie tearfully saying their goodbyes, as well as Calum and Grace. Everyone considered the two to be an item, however they refused to admit it.

“I’m going to miss you Daddy.” Ashley said suddenly, from her perch on my hip.

“I’ll miss you two Ashes.” I sighed, kissing her forehead lightly.

“I’ll miss you two.” Minnie mumbled, hugging my neck.

“I get to see you in two month.” I informed them, “You guys can face time me every day and watch the live stream of the shows, and then, before you know it, I’ll be back in California again.”

“And then you’ll go away again.” Ashley grumbled.

“Yes.” I sighed, “But I’ll always come back.”

“You promise?” she sniffed.

“I promise.” I replied, “And whenever you want to talk to me, you just call me no matter what time it is okay?”

“Okay.” She mumbled.

“Last call for, flight number 626 to Japan.” A crackly voice called out over the loud speaker.

“That’s me.” I sighed.

“Don’t go!” Ashley wailed, wrapping her arms around my neck as I tried to put her down.

“Ashley.” I sighed, “You’re going to have fun with Mommy and Lauren.

“I don’t want to!” she wailed “I want to have fun with you!”

“But you won’t Ashes.” I replied, “You’d just be sitting while I did interviews all day, and riding on a bus all day long.”

“I don’t care.” She sniffed.

“Ashley Daddy has to go.” Destiny said gently, taking Ashley by the hand and pulling her away from me.

“Don’t go!” Ashley sobbed.

“I’m sorry.” I whispered.

“Don’t leave me!” Ashley cried.

“Just go.” Destiny mumbled, tears streaming down her face.
