"Where did you come from baby? where have you been? I been running around this world and I just can't win they're not made like you anymore, you're one of a kind and it's got me thinking, I got it right this time." I herd when i woke up. The only thing i could think of would be Curren. I got up and went to go find him, listening i herd him singing a song. "Uh, baby girl you got me lost in your eyes I'm feeling lone when you're not by my side but uh, now the girls chasing after the kid and you were one of those girls but I'm so happy you did."

"What song is that?" I asked him when his back was turned to me. "Could You Be The One?" He replied while turning around. "I'm growing up, I need someone to grow up with me and travel the country we might get busy, what what if I told you I'd be happy to see you and me together, oh so passionately I've been searching all over to find the one always laughing with you so I guess you're my kind of fun." "Its my favourite song by this kid named Sammy Wilkinson and its funny because it fits us so perfectly." He said smiling and walking closer to me, then wrapping his arms around me and kissing my lips.

"Can we just stay like this forever?" I asked him while snuggling into his chest more. "Well i was thinking more along the lines of us cuddling on the couch all day today?" He said kind of unsure. "You sound so unsure of that, could it be because you have some business to do with Flip?" I replied. "Are you going to make me go? Cant i just stay here with you?" He whined. "You have to go, i don't think your friends and teammates would be very happy with me if you stayed home." I replied with a frown. "You just said teammates, last time i checked your a teammate and my girl in one." He said smiling. "Well the caller did say all teammates and if i'm your personal photographer for the Flip team then i guess I'm allowed to go now lets leave." I said while getting out of his hold and pulling him to the door.

We got to the office where this meeting was being held and we walked in a little late and everyone turned to look at us then we took our seats and the meeting continued for about an hour then we almost left for a break before we herd "Caples, Marro stay." So we did. "Why where you two late to this meeting?" He asked us. "Curren didn't want to leave, we had a little argument about going and not going until i realized i am i team member of this company because i am Currens personal photographer." I stated. "Yeah i keep on forgetting that i hired you for Curren, you make him as happy as skateboarding does." "Ive seen that a lot recently, what is this meeting about?" I asked the team manager.

"I cant say anything in front of your little puppy there." I turned around and shooed him away so that i can know whats going on. "What is it about?" I asked again. "King Of The Road also known as KOTR, but theres one little thing, if Curren gets on the KOTR team, you cant come with us its the rules, guys only." He said looking kind of sad for me. "Oh, how long is it going to be for?" "Its not until September 5th and it will be two weeks and Curren is in the list of skaters for people to vote for." He finished. "Oh, really thats ok a couple of weeks is fine without him i guess its for the team and everyone should take one for the team." I said.

After break all the guys came back in and when Curr sat down he asked me why he had to leave and i said you'll see in a minute of two. The manager said "Well we have some news but i want Talia to tell everyone the news." He said and i got up and walked to where he was and said "Well as everyone know that King Of The Road is going to be in September and Thrasher called over to our head office and said 'We have decided to have Flip, Element and Birdhouse as the three teams in KOTR.' And everyone in this room has been selected to compete to be on the KOTR team."

Everyone jumped up and had a group hug then Curren got out of the hug and came to hug me and carried me over to the group and everyone hugged until the manager said "Alright everyone, go home we will see you when to votes for KOTR come in." With that we all left. When Cur and i got home we went back to what we where doing before we had to leave, but this time it turned into cuddling on the couch. Before i knew it i was falling asleep and i felt Curren left me up before i drifted off to sleep.

I woke up in my bed, alone. I yell "CURREN?" no answer "CURREN?" Still no answer so i finally get up and go look for him, his room? nope, kitchen? nope, living room? nope. A note 'Babe, had to go to Bens we are planning a trip to his hometown, for him not me ill be back tonight.' he's gone for the day, i think i should go someplace. After thinking for a little bit i said "Skate park day." Before grabbing me skateboard and walking to my car. "Lets see where to go today." I said out loud. I pulled up to Ventura skate park because why not. I parked, got out of the car then got my skateboard and walked straight to the pool and started to do my thing. After a few hours i got tired and went home to nap, which was nice.

I woke up to someone coming into the house and i figured it was Curren coming from Ben's house and after i herd two voices, nether of them where Curren so i got scared and hid in a closet. I then called both Curren and Willow telling them what is happening. In a few minutes Curren and the cops where at my house and the burglars where under arrest.
