The plan chapter 14

Curren started off with "Ok, well the flip team thinks that your going to hold me back from a lot of things, like traveling, and skating, like contest and video parts and just overall skateboarding even if you are a skater girl, they just think you wanted to meet a professional skater get him to fall in love with you and marry him for the money, Louie and i kept on telling all of them that you're not like that, even Ben is against us and he's been seeing your best friend since they got introduced. The team has been telling me that its either the team or you and i don't want to hurt you or leave you but I've been on the team for what seems like forever and i need a board sponsor, Flip is like a family to me but i don't know what to do I've been thinking about it since last week when they told me i have no clue what to do." "And you didn't know if you where going to tell me or not until you had to choose." I replied. He nodded his head yes then put his head in his hands.

I moved closer to him and hugged him an when I put my head on his arm I could hear him faintly crying so I hugged him even tighter and whispered in his ear "Curren you don't have to worry, even if we can't go out we can still be friends, or you could just say that we didn't take our relationship too far I can talk to Teg to talk to Ben, they took his car and David took his own car right?" I herd him say "yeah they should be coming home a little later but she may not be able to do anything." I replied with "You underestimate her power my dear young one, she is the one who got me to actually follow my dream and come out here."

I walked out of the living room and called Teg and told her what was going on and I told her my plan and asked her to talk to Ben and she said sure we are almost done and we will be home soon. I walked back to where I left Curren but he wasn't there but I herd someone moving around in my bedroom so I snuck upstairs and spied on him. He was looking at the pictures of my life, from when I was a baby to a little kid to when I was going out with Mateo, which there where a lot o pictures of us and all out friends, and then my college and after college life.

"I have like one picture since I came to Cali of me, Teg, Candi and Ceci when we first got here." "I think that should change, like you have some skateboarding pictures maybe Layne and Jake can help us get more pictures of us once everything gets settled, I've only been focussing on skateboarding my whole life I guess it's weird for everyone to see me with a girl, and I'm thinking of going out with this girl." I stared at him with a look that said "oh really your thinking of going out with me now are you" Once he said that he look at me and said "oops."

Tegan came home and told me about what happened in the car a little after Curren went home leaving me alone. I told him about the plan and he said if Tegs convinces Ben it just might work, and Teg told Ben about everything and she somehow convinced him so Curren and I are going behind his teams backs and still continue moving our relationship forward. I got a text from Curren saying 'She talked to him, he's in with the plan cant wait to see you tomorrow.' I smiled at the text and texted back 'Can't wait to see you.' I went to get ready for bed and then watched tv until i decided to go to bed.

When i finally woke up i went to the kitchen to eat some breakfast, when i looked at the table when i was getting milk Curren and Ben where sitting at the table so i finished making my cereal and sat down, a couple minutes later Tegan came to sit and we had to talk about the plan for Curren and i.

Curren said that the best thing to do was for Curren to go to my apartment with ben and me to go to his apartment with Tegan so that nobody suspects anything but Teg brought up if Ben and her where going to go out then what would happen with us and Curren said "Well, you two will leave in Tal's car and people would think we are in the back we will be fine." Teg said "Fine, but i still dont think this is going to work i think you should just stack clips with Tali and show your team that she isnt holding you back but pushing you forward and if that doesn't happen, do this." After that Curren and i got into my car and drove places to stack clips of Curren skating, which means that i was filming him doing vert tricks and rail tricks then we were going to make him a website, of everything that i filmed and show his team that i wont hold him back but push him to do better.
