30 days alone chapter 34

I woke up with Curren cuddled up to me and a phone going off so I looked around and saw Curren with his phone in his hand ringing so I picked it up and answered it. "Hello Curren is sleeping right now is there anything I can help with?" I said into the phone. "Um yeah, I need to speak to him about king of the road." I herd his team manager say. "How soon?" I asked him "Like maybe half an hour could you get him here?" He asked me. "Yeah I can get him there sooner." I said. "Great the sooner the better." He said before we both said bye then hung up.

"Curren we need to leave the apartment you have a king of the road meeting in half an hour." I said shaking him. "10 more minutes mom." He said. "I am not your mom, thankfully as I couldn't do anything with you if I were your mom." I said sassily. He woke up and kissed my nose saying sorry for calling me his mom before I said him "get dressed we have to leave like ten minutes ago to get to the meeting place on time." With that he left to get dressed and so did I because I was somehow wearing his shirt.

We got to the meeting place after getting Ben and the team manager said "We will be one of the three teams for king of the road, the other two teams being Element and Birdhouse. We will need 100% on this trip which means no Talia, ." He said looking right at us two. "If that's all can we leave?" Ben asked. "Yes that is all you all can go." So we all left to go skating since we were all out and had boards in our cars.

----------a few months later----------

"They voted for you, Ben, Louie, Matt and Alec to go on king of the road." I said to Curren while looking at the results for king of the road. "Yeah that means I'll be away from you for a month." "I think I could survive, or I could come visit you if I really can't stand being away from you." I said smiling up at him. "Yeah I don't think I could sneak away for that long." "Just say you want to go skate something then like bring Louie he'd be cool with it, I think."

"I'd owe him big time but we could make it work, plus we could make it so that they would never know you where around the city we just need Louie to help us find out where and when you can see me." He said while playing with my hair. "Maybe it would be better if we didn't see each other for a month, it's not anything bad but like we've been together every day since we met and a break would be nice to find out if we actually do belong together or not." I said carefully. "You are right we have been together everyday since that first day in The Berrics." He replied. "So we shouldn't do the plan, I won't be lonely I have my other skater friends and Candi and Cici." I said. "Yeah and you can hang out at The Berrics a lot." He added. "Yeah I could." I said.

"Bye babe, see you in 30 days when I get back from this trip." Curren said once again for like the 24th time while we were hugging. "Do I have to let you go?" I asked again for the 25th time. "I wish the answer was different every time you ask but yes you do." He answered. "I don't want to, ever." I said before I ended up crying. I knew this would happen so that's why I had Candi with me while I dropped off Curren and Ben where they needed to be. "I hate this so much." I said. "It will only be for a little bit and I talked it over with everyone and they said that I can see you once, during this trip if you want." He said. "But we said that we were going to do it this way." I said.

"Bye see you when I get back." He said when I finally decided to let go at the airport. "Bye." I said before I left and attacked Currne again.

"So what do you want to do?" Candi asked me. "Go home and cry for a few days, come and check on me every few hours?" I asked her. "Like any good friend would do." She replied. We got to my house an I got out of the car and went inside after i was waving at Candi.

"Home alone, with no Curren for 30 days." I said to no one. "What to do what to do?" I then asked myself. I know what to do, wheres my phone. "Hello?" He asked after he picked up. "Hello Sean." I said "Are you doing anything?" I asked Malto. "No I was just going to have a lazy day now why?" He asked/ answered. "Curren went on King Of The Road and I'm lonely." I said. "You want to come over or should I come over there?" He asked me. "I wanna go over there it's been a while since we hung out." I answered. "Yeah it has been I'll come get you hold on a few minutes." He said before hanging up.

"So I have netflix again you wanna watch some movies?" He asked me when I got into his car. "Sure lets watch some adventure movies." I said and he agreed before we got to his house and I texted Candi telling her 'I called Sean Malto, I'm hanging out watching adventure movies at his house don't check on me because I won't be home' before we started talking about how things are going and what we should eat.

We decided on pizza when we it back to his apartment so he ordered some and started a random adventure movie I didn't see the name of. Half way through the movie the pizza came so we stopped the movie and ate pizza until we ate the whole thing and went back to movies. Sean fell asleep after a while and I was still watching the movie until sleep overtook me because the next thing I knew it was morning and Sean was waking me up.

"Good morning want waffles?" He knew by my face that that was a bad question to ask me because my eyes got big and I smiled really big and almost yelled "waffles" because I love waffles.
