She Will Not Fall (Curren Caples fanfic)

The boys and dates chapter 6

We got to the apartment building where they lived and we noticed that it was right beside our apartment building, and I made that observation to Curren and he said "alright, after you guys move in I will have a reason to not be such a crappy roommate for Ben." I smiled at that thought and we went to his apartment and Louie and Ben where sitting at the kitchen table talking and when they herd us they stopped talking and said hi to all of us and Ben got kind of nervous when he said hi to Tegan, and I had to stop myself from squealing like a normal teenage girl. We all sat down at the table, but I had no where to sit so Curren volunteered his chair to me but I said that's ok, then Louie spoke up since we got there and said "No, Talia he wants you to sit on his lap, he just doesn't think you want to, I can't go look for the other chair that he his before you guys came over." I looked at him with a 'really' look on my face and said "No, that's ok, if you wanted me to sit on you, you could of just asked." So I sat on his lap and curled up to him and all of us just stayed quite until Tegan said "Well let's do something." Ben said "Lets just talk for a while, you two can get to know us even better." We all agreed and Tegan and i learned a lot about all three boys, and they learned a lot about us.

After a while Ben decided that it was time that he talked to Tegan alone and took her to his room where curren and i both shouted "Don't do anything stupid remember we are still out here." Then Curren added "We can still hear everything you do in your room." I gave him a 'what the heck' look and he whispered that Ben had a girl over once and he walked right out of the apartment after he herd what was going on. I said oh, interesting then i went back to cuddling him. Louie said "Well if its just going to be us three, i don't want to be the third wheel with you two." Curren jumped up knocking me to the ground then says "What, no you cant go, you came here to hang out with me and thats what we are going to do and plus we aren't dating yet so you cant be the third wheel yet."

Louie decided to stay and we watched a movie. I was cuddled up to Curren with Louie on my other side cuddled into me, it was an interesting sight. The last thing I remember was that Louie was falling asleep and Curren was lightly snoring before I drifted off to sleep.

When I woke up Louie wasnt anywhere to be found and I was laying on top of Curren with his arms wrapped around me protectively, there was a note on the coffee table and I got it and read it, which said 'Dear whoever wakes up first, I took Louie home and then I am taking Tegan our for a bit, I will drive her back to the girls apartment, by for now Ben.' I put the note back on the table and snuggled into Curren, which woke him up and I told him that Ben took Louie home and then took Te out for a bit so it was just us two. He carefully sat up so I was sitting in his lap again and I snuggled into his chest and we just started to talk for a while until he said "Well, I was wondering if you would want to go out with me some time?" My first response to his question was to kiss him and I did just that.

After we kissed he told me that he wanted to take me out tonight so I told him to take me back to the apartment and then we would get ready and when I was getting out of the car he told me to dress the way I normally would and he would pick me up at 8 so off I went to get ready for the date tonight.

I asked Tegan what happened when I got into the apartment and she told me that her and Ben just talked and that they had a plan that Louie came up with because they know that we are friends, Ben was going to take me into his bedroom and ask me out while you guys watched a movie then Louie would pretend to fall asleep until you two did and then get off the couch giving Curren a signal then he was going to cuddle with you and then we would all leave, then you two would wake up and he would ask you on a date, to which we would end up double dating, which he will text you right about now. To which my phone went off signalling I had a text, it was from Curren and it said 'mind of Ben and Tegan double with is?' I said 'sure nothing is better than having our friends with us on our first date, it won't be so scary.' And then I went to get ready and by the time I was done it was 8 and the boys where here to pick us up and we were off on our date.

We went to dinner at this nice little restaurant and had a great time talking and joking then went to the movies and Curren wanted to see a scary movie so we went to see one and it was a really nice time spending time with him and Tegan and Ben. Then we got to the skate park and knowing who we were with i knew this was going to happen at some point. So we got out and Curren got four skateboards out of his car and we went skateboarding for a while until the park closed and then we went back to our apartment and got ready to spend the night with the guys at their apartment. When we got to the apartment Ben took Tegan to his room and Curren showed me his, which was nice. We all met back in the living room and just hung out for a while until Tegan started to fall asleep and they left to go back to Ben's room because it was about midnight and she won't stay up past midnight, that's something I've learned every sleepover we ever had.

So it was just me and Curren cuddled up watching a scary movie, and I know why he picked this I herd Him talking to Te and I'm pretty sure she told him, but I don't mind because this is the perfect end to the perfect night.
