Planning and Flashbacks chapter 12

After a while of talking we decided to ask Steve Berra if we could use The Berrics for a fundraiser, and then we would go to the college to ask if we could do something there to raise money. Then we would to each high school around California and ask the principals if we could do some fundraisers in the schools for the next couple of months so all i will be doing now after we get the ok is planning for everything we get the ok for like school presentations, what we will do at The Berrics then the college fundraiser things. We called everyone we knew, being Tegan, Curren, Ben, Ashton, Cody, Tate, Austyn, Candace and Cecilia once everyone was over we decided which people where going to do what.

We got the ok from everywhere and so we started planing what would happen, we where going to have a bake sale for a few weeks at the college set up by Candace, Cecilia and Tegan then Cody, Ashton and i where going to talk to the students in high schools, and everyone else would take care of The Berrics. After everything was settled we planned what to talk about at the high schools, so we planned what to do, and we decided to go to Curren and Ben's companies to ask them if we could hand clothes out to the high school students, then we planned what to bake for the bake sales, which would be different every week, and we are going to have a mini skateboarding competition at The Berrics set up by the boys and me.

After everything like dates and what not were set, we really didnt have to worry about it, although we had to plan food for the bake sales and where we were going to keep all the food.

I was laying in my bed home alone listening to songs in the playlist i made on my favourite music app, Spotify. A Taylor Swift song came on and i started crying, which happened whenever i listened to Taylor Swift because of what happened with my past.

There i was sitting on the front porch at my house some boys where going by on their skateboards, to the house a few houses down where they have been hanging out for a while now. I semi knew the guys house, he was a year younger than me, i forget his name it was so many years ago i think it was Owen, and his friends, one of them is my ex-boyfriend, Mateo, a couple of them the same age as him Paul and Clinton, then three of them younger than them, Levi, Adin and Roy.

I was actually kind of friends with my neighbours neighbours neighbour. Owen taught me the skateboarding basics, stop got fast slow and ollie's, his friends weren't as nice Tegan said they were mean because they all liked me but i was giving all my time on Owen, Mateo was nice too until we broke up. Tegan also told me that they thought i was trying to take Owen away from them, but it was Mateo i was after and that relationship didnt happen until a couple years later. After i got Mat his friends made my life living hell until about a year later when he told them to stop. We broke up and we had to break up because i was moving far far away and he didnt want to leave his friends and family.

Mateo taught me a lot, and he was my first for a lot of things. When we broke up i was heartbroken, until i decided i had to move to cali, but just so that my skateboarding career could kick off, dating pro skater Curren Caples was helping get me noticed good and bad.

I got myself together after a while of crying and just in time since i herd Tegan and a couple other people come into the apartment. I knew Ben was with her, but I've never herd the other guy, but as i listened to them talking that mystery voice I've herd before, maybe not in person but i then burst out of my room and tackle the mystery guy, David González. When Tegan and i stopped laughing David said "Wouldn't Curren be mad at us if he saw us on the ground with you on top of me?" I shook my head yes but didn't move off of him so he got up with me in his arms and put me on the couch then laued on top of me, and then he was out like a light. Next thing i knew Curren was walking into my apartment, and saw David lYing on the couch but i didn't move or anything so he just walked to my room but when i wasn't there so he came back out and i moved and i think he saw me because in a second he was in the living room rolling David off of me, the. I started laughing and in one swift move he was carrying me to my room.

When we where in my room he put me down and then laid down on my bed and patted the spot next to him so i got into bed and laid down next to him and we cuddled.
