The whole palace was chaos.
It was just a normal day in the Mirror Kingdom palace, everyone getting along for once and co-operating. They had decided to have a meal together, seeing as everything was going well, but unfortunately that wasn't a good idea, because at some point during said meal a piece of kimbap was thrown at Hanse's face. Nobody was prepared to own up to it.
And of course that had led to everyone blaming each other.
Hanse was currently stood on his chair, while the other six were all stood in various places around the room, cackling as usual in these kinds of situations, while cowering as Hanse was threatening all of them with another item of food.
"Who the fuck was it?" He shouted at them, still not being taken seriously.
Sejun wiped the tears from his eyes and looked at Subin, who was across the room from him. Both of them knew it was Sejun, but neither of them were going to say anything, and were trying to plan an escape route out of that room. Subin glanced at Byungchan and then the door, putting his hand up, gesturing after the count of five when the guard wasn't looking at him.
Sejun nodded, knowing exactly what to say. He looked around at everyone else on the ground at that point, trying to breathe normally, as Hanse continued to yell, and then back at Subin, seeing he had started counting.
They both ran to the door on one, everyone watching them go, thinking it was probably a smart idea to do the same.
"It was Byungchan!" Sejun yelled over is shoulder as he ran, both him and Subin laughing as they ran away from them.
Everyone turned to looked at Byungchan, who just looked shocked. "It wasn't me!"
It was at that point that Seungwoo stepped in, much to the relief of the prince, telling the guard to get off the chair and leave the situation be, that it wasn't worth it because it didn't hurt him. To which he mumbled a reply of "I don't care, I don't appreciate being hit with kimbap", but Seungwoo ignored him, leaving with Byungchan latched to his arm.

The prince and the assassin escaped the room of chaos and quite literally ran to the younger's room, both figuring they would be somewhat safe there.
Subin collapsed onto his bed, while Sejun was lent against the door catching his breath, both of them still laughing. Once the laughter had mostly died down, Subin sat up and attempted speaking.
"Why? Why Hanse?" He giggled after picturing his angry face again.
"Because of that!" Subin had never seen Sejun smile so much, he never wanted him to stop smiling, even if it meant allowing him to piss people off.
"Okay, fine." The older sat next to him on the bed, their shoulders pressed against each others.
"I'm happy." Subin sighed, a smile gracing his lips as he turned his head towards Sejun, who, due to the slight height advantage, looked down at him.
He smiled back, pecking the younger's lips before replying.
"And why might that be?" He spoke in a way that you could hear the smile in his voice.
