I started this book in 2018 and it took almost 3 fucking years to finish oh my god. That's absolutely insane. Everytime I look at the starting dates on this book in particular, I'm always shocked that it's taken me so long to complete. I guess you can blame my random weeks or even months of inactivity haha.

It's bizarre thinking that I no longer have to work on this book and it's such a bittersweet ending. I can't wait to finish "Help Needed" so I can start completely focusing on new things. I've told some people that I'm taking a break from fanfictions to focus on original characters with original works, but that's not entirely the truth. I want to do that, but I also want to expand my account from just Taekook. I want to open up my account to other BTS ships as well.

Misery went through incredibly random plot changes. Before Alike was introduced, I planned to make her a big villain. I planned to end the book way before this with Hanseok being kidnapped, Tae and Kook getting him back, and then ending it with them running away and living peacefully away from everyone. However, at that time I was also writing "Fatal Fate" and I thought those two plots would be too similar and the kidnapping thing is a little cliche and it's already happened in one of my books.

Then I decided to make Tae and Kook run away and just raise Hanseok away from everyone where it would end when Hanseok is 21 and taking the crown. The only thing wrong with that plot was the fact that I didn't like it 😅😅😅

I wanted to end my book different and work on bittersweet endings. I've also been flirting with the idea of character deaths and I wanted to see how people would handle me killing one of the bigger main characters especially with them being BTS members, and must I say, you guys handled it fairly well. I'm sure none of you are happy about the way this book ended, but I'm also glad I didn't wake up to hatefulness from the fandom.

Trust me, some people take fanfictions a little too serious 😅😅😅

JK's planned death came maybe about 5 chapters before he actually died. I had to figure out a way to get him back and make everything wrap up while the lies untangle for the last few chapters after his death. It seemed easy, but it was kinda hard as I don't always plan my books (as you can see).

But anyway, I'm really happy you guys took his death better than expected. I'm glad you accept my decision and to those who stayed after his death, thank you for supporting this book and supporting me. It means a lot.

I hope to see rereaders in the future, but please do not spoil my book. It's disrespectful!

I love you guys 💜💜💜
