"Thanks for letting me borrow your kit the other day. Iseul was really happy with her nails. I owe you one." Yuta thanked. It was in his routine to call his sister every day without a fail. "I'll buy you something yummy when we meet up."

"Now set me up with one of your friends." His little sister demanded. "Or at least introduce me to your girlfriend!"

"Eh? I thought you were with Renjun?" Yuta blinked.

"What? No, he's my friend. I'm talking about- wait mom is here. I can't get caught now or she'll bring me back to Japan. I'll call you later."

"One day that girl is going to get banished from our home." Yuta sighed, shaking his head. Not that he would let it happen, but it wasn't too far from happening.

He looked down at the bunch of daisies in his hands. On his way to the university, he found some daisies and remembered how much she adored them. He wanted to cheer her up somehow after what happened.

"Yuta!" Sicheng called, jogging up to him. Johnny was right behind him to his surprise.

"Hey. I finally understand why you guys told me not to celebrate her birthday." Yuta started, his heart twisting at the memory of the night before. He couldn't leave her side and only did so when the sun was rising.

"It's a really bad day for her, so she treats it like a normal day." Sicheng answered. "Another bad thing happened and I don't think she'll be okay for a while. At least this time, she didn't run away or beat it around the bush."

"It's progress, isn't it?" Yuta shrugged.

"Iseul is a really big mystery. Besides her name and major I know nothing else. Well, maybe we can count the things Jungwoo revealed, but it just feels weird coming from him." Johnny sighed. "Is that Sohye and Iseul?"

It alarmed Yuta that their names were in one sentence. He looked to where Johnny pointed and saw Iseul and Sohye by an open window. They were outside, and by the looks of it, Sohye didn't look friendly at all.

"That little bitch. If I tell Daeun that Sohye is bothering Iseul, she'll jump straight out of her building and fold Sohye's ass." Sicheng mused, bringing his phone out.

"Sicheng you're scaring me." Johnny nervously chuckled. "Yuta, I think you should protect your girl. I don't know why but I have a bad feeling."

As soon as Johnny finished talking, Sohye slapped Iseul. Her nails left a small scratch on Iseul's cheek. Iseul's glasses flew off her face and straight into a bush.

"Actually, I don't think I should wait for Daeun." Sicheng grumbled, rolling his sleeves to his elbows.

"You're going to hit a girl?" Johnny gasped.

"And? She started it." Yuta huffed.

"Someone once told me justice has no gender." Sicheng huffed. "And if Daeun finds out I did nothing, then I'll be the one getting hit."

"No, wait. My bambi can do it." Yuta "Let her defend-"

Everyone was left speechless when Iseul grabbed Sohye's head from both sides and rammed the crown of her head straight into Sohye's face. Sohye fell back into one of the bushes as she cradled her aching face. The impact sound was loud and somewhat satisfying to their ears.

"Slapping someone? Really? How cliché. You think that actually hurt?" Iseul chuckled, pushing her hair back and letting it fall back in place. "You can talk shit about me, but the moment you try to hurt those dear to me isn't going to be pretty. Keep Yuta's name out of your mouth."

"When Jungwoo finds out-"

"And when Jungwoo finds out? Then what? You want a part 2?" Iseul sassed. "I've told you once and I'll tell you again, Jungwoo is using you. I am a decent human being and actually do give a tiny fuck. There are better men out there."
