"Tetsuro, the wedding.." He and I have been trying to talk about the wedding, but he keeps saying no.

"(Y/n).. how many times do I have to say that with your pregnancy with twins, it's difficult for you? I—I don't know how hard it is to be pregnant, but I am afraid of what's going to happen next if I do not pay attention to your health first." But I want the wedding!

"We can have the wedding even when I'm pregnant... Misaki and Kenma were the same, remember? I will be fine... I know that there will be more stress factors.. but Love, I want to have the wedding..." He sighs heavily, and we both turn to the door when it opened. "Shirabu-san.."

"Your vital signs are okay, but your BP, why is it not stable?" He looks at me, and starts checking on everything. "You look rather stressed, (L/n)-san. Is there something uncomfortable?" I shake my head, and he sighs in relief.

"She wants the wedding even with her pregnancy.. despite knowing the risks, she wants to have the wedding." Tetsuro looks really stressed. Should I just listen to him? "Her preeclampsia could lead to something worse, right? And she's just.."

"Preeclampsia can be treated soon, and she will be alright soon. It won't occur again, but it can in your future pregnancies. I can suggest a solution, but the choice is all up to both of you."

"What's the suggestion..?"

"I am currently assigned to your matters despite being a surgeon not an obstetrician. I can ask for permission from the chief to be your personal doctor during your pregnancy. I will be present at the wedding. If anything bad occurs I can treat you right away. Honami will also be there, and I'm sure her family too. I heard you two are close."

I turn to Tetsuro with hopeful eyes, and he sighs. "Will it be safe even without you around? As long as she doesn't have preeclampsia anymore?" Shirabu-san nods, and Tetsuro turns back to me. "I.. I'll think about it."

"Well then, you will have to take your medicine in a few minutes. There will be food served soon. I will be back with the medication." The moment Shirabu-san left, I heard Tetsuro sighing and sniffling.

I hold his hands and try to look him in the eye. "Tetsuro.." He's only worried. "I'm sorry.. but I really wanted to have the wedding.."

"What I want.. right now.. is to see you healthy. I do want to see you in your wedding gown, and I want us to say our vows.. But I cannot afford to lose you before anything even starts. I don't want just you, or just the twins.. I want all three of you to be okay.." I kiss his forehead and wipe his cheeks.

"This... will be the last admission before I get into labor.. I promise. I'll take good care of myself from now on.. I will tell you if I'm sick, if I feel nauseous..." He nods, and kisses my hand.

I drank my medicine after eating food, and my parents came over. Tetsuro excused himself for a few to go back home and cook me the food I'm craving for. I felt really uncomfortable when he left, and maybe I was simply afraid that something was going to happen since he's not around. Mom had trouble with calming me down, and I saw that she was struggling so I wanted to stop, but I couldn't. I had so many questions, and I was scared.

Mom and Dad stayed here, and to get me to sleep, they had Tetsuro on the phone. I was happy that he answered, and let me talk to him despite being busy because he's cooking. He kept reassuring me that he'll be here soon, that nothing will happen to me while he's away, and that he will make something that I am craving for. He sounded tired, but he still tried to shift his voice to sound cheerful. He must've been really stressed out for me suddenly passing out during the counseling.
