The next day the teachers seemed strange. Whenever Sophie saw them they had an excited grin on their face. Well most of them were smiling. A few looked like they were given a death sentence. Sophie looked at the time, it was time for daily announcements.
"Good Morning Foxfire, it is time for the daily announcements!" came from the loud speakers.
" We are most excited to inform you about the school dance coming up! You can go with someone of your choice or you can go alone. It will take place next week, and more information will be released to your guardians." said the speakers.
Foxfire had a school dance? Sophie thought. She wondered if she would get a date or not. She kind of hoped that Fitz would ask her. Though for some reason when she pictured herself at the dance she wasn't dancing with Fitz. She was dancing with Keefe.
Only if she wasn't so oblivious she would know who she really had feelings for and that that person felt the same.
