(Meanwhile on the spaceship)

When Tony and Peter entered the ship and were talking about strategy, Ebony was working on getting the time stone from Strange. Loki was out of sight, or that's what he wanted everyone to think, he was actually standing next to Ebony, after having his illusion sit in the corner and his real invisible self sneak up to Ebony, who was focused on Strange and didn't expect Loki to be any threat. Then, before Tony or Peter even had a chance to do anything, he took one of his daggers and stabbed Ebony in the back, literally. He was good with daggers, so the alien's chance of survival was zero. He then freed Strange from all the material keeping him on the floating piece of a building's wall. Strange looked at him a bit suspicious at first, but then when he noticed Ebony's body on the floor with Loki's weapon in him, he realized Loki never actually betrayed them. Then Tony and Peter, who were unaware of the new turn of events, jumped in, fully suited and ready to kick some ass, only to find Loki and Strange talking about how Strange "could've done it himself" and "Loki shouldn't have". Tony then went after Loki, "How could you! We trusted you! You betrayed us!" he yelled at him. "I didn't though," he replied. "What? Yes you fucking did!" "No, actually, Loki's right, he played betrayal only to literally backstab Ebony," said Strange, pointing at the alien corpse on the floor. "Oh," said Tony, as he let go of Loki. "I'm sorry then, it's just that when you "betrayed us" it seemed pretty real and I could believe it happening, because well.." "It's something I would do. Yeah, I am used to people thinking that of me. I am now just hoping, the only person I REALLY care about won't think of me like that.." Tony then realized, the acting of betrayal wasn't something Loki had enjoyed doing. That it had hurt him to do it. "I'm sorry," he said. "Who is it?" Peter then asked Loki, but before he could answer, Stark, who was confused, asked "Who is who? What?" "Well, Loki obviously loves someone, someone who he "betrayed" and is now afraid that they are thinking badly of him and stuff," "Is that true, Loki?" inquired Stark. "It is," answered Loki in a sad, worried voice, "It's Cass, Cassandra, the goddess of protection," "Yeah, right, I know who she is, I wouldn't have guessed she'd pick YOU though.." "Well I think it's cute, I ship it," said Peter, bringing a little sad smirk onto Loki's face. "Right, are we done gossiping now?" asked Strange, "We have a universe to save, I have the stone so Thanos will come after it. We need a place to fight him as a spaceship isn't the best choice." "Right," said Tony, "we need an empty planet. What's the nearest lifeless planet we could fight on?" "Titan" replied Loki, who knew space better than the others. "Titan it is, let's go," said Tony and so they did.

(On Earth)

In about ten minutes we were on our way to Europe, where Vision was. I didn't really talk much on the plane, more so I listened to what the plan was going to be - we were going to go to a place called Wakanda after getting Vision and Wanda and we'd prepare there for a big battle with aliens, who were quite definitely gonna come after the stone. Apparently, some other heroes were already there or on their way, including Thor and Banner. When we arrived in Ireland a fight was already going on, we were just in time, but this was a much easier fight compared to the New York one. I hardly got to use my powers, but then again, I still found it hard to concentrate as there was a battle happening in my head as well.

Loki had told me to trust him. What did that mean? Was there something I didn't know that would make up for his betrayal? But nothing could make up for him out of all people turning his back on me and he knew it. Was that his plan all along, to get me to care and then betray me, making sure I wouldn't be willing to hurt him? I had so many questions and no answers. And in addition to that, we had to literally save the whole Universe. It would be an understatement to say it was a lot to take in. Wanda, sitting next to me on the plane as we were now on our way to Wakanda, could see I was going through a lot on the inside. She knew what it was like to feel a lot of different things at the same time - she had grown up in a war that used Stark's weapons, she was then a testing subject for Hydra, tricked by Ultron, his brother got killed and she fell in love with Vis, who was on Stark's side while she wasn't. "Cass," she said, to catch my attention, "Want me to turn your thoughts off, for until we arrive in Wakanda? So you can get some rest?" "Can you really do that?" She nodded. "Then yes please, I'd appreciate that." She placed her hand on my head and sent some power into me. All I could feel was my brain slowly shutting down. I don't know if it was sleep or what it was, but it was nice. No thoughts, no worries, no memories repeating over and over again. I couldn't hear, see or feel what was happening around me, it was just nothing, a peaceful nothing.
