AXEL'S SIDE:

"Come on, Axel! Let's check the harvest!"

Alexandria shouts at me from the main door of our family's mansion. We just arrived here for Lexie's birthday and summer vacation.

I walked down the stairs and saw my cousins waiting for me.

"Let's go," I said and went out on the main door.

Lexie and I both ride our own horses. Kaming dalawa lang ata ang pupunta sa farm para tignan ang mga harvest. Well, I don't know what the other assholes plan at kung bakit hindi sila sumama sa amin.

When we arrived at the farm, we both get down on our horses. While walking inside, I saw a girl with a big basket going inside too. I ignored her and continue walking until I bumped into her.

"What the hell, Axel?!"

Napa-tigil ako sa paglalakad at napalingon. And I saw my cousin helping the girl to get up. I never saw Lexie helping anyone aside from us kaya naman I looked into the girl I bumped. And for a minute or two, I was stunned. My heart began to beat fast. I ignored it and look to both of them.

"She's blocking the way," I said and walked away.

I heard Lexie cursing me but I didn't look back. Because my heart is still beating fast because of that girl. Who is she? Why am I feeling this to her? The only who can make me feel this way is my first love, Mariana.

I ignored that feeling and focus on the harvest. It turns out that Lola's trusted man to this farm is her father.

"Mang Marciano, we'll go ahead na po,"

I didn't listen to Lexie and Mang Marciano's conversation because I'm looking at Mang Marciano's daughter who are now teasing by everyone.

"Naku, wala pa po sa isip ko ang pagnonobyo dahil gusto ko pong unahin ang pagaaral at pangarap ko," she explained to everyone.

Her voice looks like an angel's voice. There's something in it that I can't explain.

Days had passed and I can't stop thinking about that girl in the farm. It's like triggering me to know her more but I know in myself that the woman I only love and still love is Mariana.

"Still thinking about her?"

That was Lexie said when she looked at me spacing out. I looked at her and let out a heavy sigh.

"Why don't give yourself a chance to open up again, couz? Mariana left you a year ago already,"

"And she will come back to me," I added.

"Oh, come on, Axel! Don't be a fool! She clearly left you and you still waiting for her?" Lexie said with disappointment.

And it caught the attention of my cousins who also knew about my past with Mariana. And now, they also knew about the girl in the farm.

When Ezekiel invited our friend here in Asturias, Lucas Gabriel Martinez to our house before Lexie's birthday, I was shocked that the girl in the farm is Lucas' bestfriend and long-time crush. That day, I also knew her name, Isabella Fernandez.

Through-out the time, I was just looking at her and I can sense her uneasiness whenever our eyes met. This time, I can clearly see her beautiful face and heard his lovely voice. I can't take my eyes off her everytime she speaks. When Lexie said that she is the girl in the farm, my asshole cousins looked at me in an awe and they started to introduce theirselves to Isabella.
