Deep blue cascades over the nearing dawn city. Clouds litter the sky, sparse and far apart. In the horizon, brighter and brighter blues begin to mix with deep pinks and yellows in the white condensation. Some of the lighter blue parts of the sky remind you of your quirk.
The city below has yet to truly awaken, though you can hear birds chirping non stop. Tires rolling along pavement. The air is fresh and rather cool, but in a way which doesn't bring goosebumps to your skin. Breathing in the morning dew smell of the air, you sigh softly with your eyes closed.
The red plumage beneath your rear form the right sized seat to prevent you from plummeting to the somewhat quiet streets below. "I've always wanted to sit on a cloud. Ever since I could fly it became a small wish of mine."
Hawks exhales through his nose sharply in amusement. "Well, wish granted."
Honey eyes look to the horizon, trying to not look at your face for too long. "I need you to keep that pager of yours close by at all times this week. I've got missions coming out of my ass so you won't be seeing much of me at the agency."
You open your eyes and gaze to your right at the blond, legs swinging freely below the knee. "Can I help with your missions in any way?"
Hawks smiles. "I told you, keep that pager close by. I'll ring if I need you."
Shrugging as you accept the order, you gander at the sunrise.
"How's your flying speed?"
"Not as fast as you, not even close," you laugh, "but I can manage."
Hawks nods, looking down at his black leather gloves folded over his lap. "So kid, I've been wondering –because I'm your boss and all that– what's that super move of yours? I can't figure it out."
A brief chuckle rumbles through your chest. "I was waiting for you to ask me that... Well, if you'd like I can show you. That is, if you're alright with me passing out for 5 minutes."
"As long as it's safe, go for it."
You grin widely and flap your wings, floating out of the hero's proximity. "Hawks, allow me to introduce you to: Blue Aura." You turn, facing him.
He quirks a fluffy brow at you, earning a delighted giggle. He grins. How many times did you rehearse this in your head? Goofball.
Holding out your hands, elbows bent slightly at your sides, they glow briefly before a blue haze snaps from your core into a large blue aura radius. He watches as your irises glow a neon blue, your quirk adding a slight blue tint to your wings.
Hawks is blown away, he had his guesses but this... This managed to slip his mind. Even so, it fits you. He chuckles through his teeth, a slight smile on his lips as he stares at you with a soft gaze. "Color me impressed. That's a neat feature to your quirk, angel."
The blue disappears and you return to your feather seat. "Anyone who touches my aura will heal up completely. There is a short grace period but other than that it's instantaneous."
Hawks nods. "How long till lights out?"
"A while, I didn't heal anyone so I have some time. Though I've come to think how much I heal doesn't affect how long it takes till I faint."
