What Happened? [COMPLETE]

Chapter 9: See Static.

I started to feel tired and soon I lay my head on the pillow. I close my eyes and fall asleep...

I wake up to someone poking me. I look and see that it is the 1st Chorus Kid. I then notice that he is holding something. I tell him to show me and I see a map. It was a map of all the towns in Rhythm City. Chorus Kid 1 then pointed at Rhythm Heaven Fever Town or RHF Town for short. I grab the map and start to remember. I remember the friends I made there and the last time I visited was just a couple months ago. I pick up the Chorus Kid and walk to my room. I go threw my night stand draw and pick up my gun and knife. Chorus Kid 1 walks to me and tries to grab the weapon but I quickly pull it away from him. I pat his head and let him out of the room. I get change into my sweatpants, red sweater, and boots. I walk out of my room and head to the front door. I was planning to go explore RHF Town again... I wondered if someone was still sane there. I opened the door but fore I could make it outside all 3 of the Chorus Kids and even Partner pulled me back inside. 

" Uh.. Good morning? Anyway, I have something to do today so it would be nice if you all let me go outside. "

I was about to walk outside again until they got down on the ground and started to make a begging  gesture towards me. The 3rd Chorus Kid took out the map and pointed at RHF. I finally noticed what they meant but I didn't want them to come.. I knew it was even more dangerous in RHF. I felt like leaving but then I thought, this would be good practice to them. It could possible show them how to fight but of course I would be protecting them. 

" Alright.. I guess you can come with me- "

Before I could finish my sentence they all hugged me and looked happy. I picked up the Chorus kids and pat Partners head. Soon we where off to walk to RHF. After a long walk we make it. I look at the place and see the state it is in. The building where almost all destroyed and most plant life as grown. Mainly moss.. The place also felt grey. I felt some sot of dred when I saw here. I walked around the place and as I looked around there weren't many "people". I looked at the forest and wondered if I should go there to see the Tall Tappers again but I didn't. I continued walking around the place. It just felt... Empty. There was no rhythm anymore. Nothing left of the original RHF. I then start thinking of See and Saw. I remembered about when I first met them and how they where. I though of meeting them in the playground. I started walking to the playground and I started to think if See and Saw where still alive. I look in front of me and I can faintly see the Playground. I give Partner the Chorus kids and I take out my gun. I walk closer to the playground and see that instead of dirt there is moss everywhere and it feels abandoned. I walk round the playground and then I see it.  See and saws seesaw. I walk to it and then I feel my heart stop. 

" See.. "

I then see static eyes behind the seesaw. I raise my gun and then I see him... See. I look at eyes and it's all static. He walks closely to me and he twitches a bit. 

" Hee... H-hi red! It's... It's all static right? I can't be the only one w-who s... Sees static r-right? "

I look at him in confusion. I don't know what he is talking about.. Static? Partner soon comes over holding the Chorus kids. We all look at See who is now twitching uncontrollably. 

" O-oh... more s-s-static people! Nice to m.... "

See stops talking and looks at the Chorus Kids. His eyes turn to a red static and he pounces at them. He throws the kids to the ground and runs at them. He holds them down to the mossy ground but then he stops. 

" W... W-what am I doing.. It is getting to me isn't it? I A-A-AN GOING IN-SANE..! "

Partner grabs the Chorus Kids quickly and grabs me. He tries to push me away from See but I don't go. I make Partner let go and I slowly walk to See. I hug him tightly. 

" Y-you still care about me... I.. I.... I am going insane... I can't be saved.. Ican'tbesavedyet... I JUST CANT BE SAVED! I never wanted to become this.. M O N S T E R ! "

I relive that See isn't trying to be mean to survive. He is turning into a monster.. I grab See's arm and he tries to pull me away from him but I don't.

" L-let go and leave me! I am not worth s-saving.. YOUWILLJUSTGETHURTBECAUSEOFME! "

I look at See and just smile. I know that their is a way to make him turn back to normal.. I just know it. He just doesn't think their is a way.
