What Happened? [COMPLETE]

Chapter 27: Getting Ready

After a few moments I stopped myself from laughing even harder. Mr. Squirrel was looking at me, most likely confused on why I was laughing. I didn't even know myself but hey, that is just me sometimes. I look at him dead in the eyes and I could tell that he was being serious about us going to Rhythm Tengoku town. I wanted to escaped as much as the next person but really?

" Okay okay.. You might be laughing Red Cheerleader but we can do it! All of us can. We have required skills over time and we know how to fight, exact for the Chorus Kids becuase.. You know, they are kids. You get what I am trying to say right? "

I nod at him. I mean if he puts it like that, he isn't wrong. I have survived for this long which is impressing becuase many people have died by now. There are only a few survivors out there and I am talking about the sane ones of course.

" Right! So we can just go. It's up to you.. Unless you want to say here for the rest of eternity living in this empty city full of decaying people and insane people. Again, it's up to you! "

Mr. Squirrel then walks away as I am just standing there, now thinking if I should.. One one hand I could get killed and on the other I could get killed but on the other other arm I could finally escape and live a normal life out of this town. So would it be worth it? Hell yeah! I got to my room and grab a few things like my boring text book, gun, knife, and some clothes because.. I need clothes. I put these thing in a green bag made of clothe and silk. I walk out of the room and go to the kitchen where Partner is. Partner notices me and smiles, soon walking up to me and hugging me. I smile back and hug him. I then look at him in the eyes ready to tell him. 

" Partner, I need to tell you something. "

As soon as I say that Partner looks at me and starts to listen closely. 

" We are leaving Rhythm City today. We will be going to Rhythm Tengoku town to escape. It will take about 2 days to get there but trust me on this. If we make it we can escape and live a normal life again so.. I want you to pack your things before we go. "

Partner nods and I see him grab only a few things that seem important to him. These include carrots, apples, grass, and headphones. That's really it and that might not seem like a lot which it really isn't but if he wants to take those things then.. So be it. As Partner gets a bag to put those things away I walk out of the kitchen and go to the living room where See and the Chorus Kids are. I walk up to See and drag him out of the living room and into the hallway to talk in private. Before I let See say anything, I look at him in his static eyes. 

" Okay quick run down starting now! We are leaving this town and going to Rhythm Tengoku town to get the heck out of here and to live a normal life. Well.. As normal as it was before. Understand?

" Well I have a few questions Red- "

" Alright so start packing your things and please pack whatever the Chorus Kids want to pack becuase I don't trust them with packing their own stuff! "

See looks at me in confusion. I run away to go tell Mr. Squirrel about my choice. As I run I try to hold in a bit of laughter becuase of how funny See looked like when he was confused. It just looked quite funny..
