What Happened? [COMPLETE]

Chapter 17: Conversation

I took out the list and saw that white sugar was next. I personally loved sugar. I would even eat it without it being mixed into anything! I put the list away once more and started to think of where the sugar would be until it hit me. It would be in the barn and this was no joke.. I didn't want to walk to the barn again because I blacked out when I went there and I didn't want that to happen again. I knew I had to go there if I needed to get the sugar.. I let out a sigh and walked to the barn. Partner followed after me with the wheelbarrow still in hands, carrying all the things we got. As we got closer to the barn I started to hear voices again. I stopped walking and when Partner noticed he also stopped. He looked at me in confusion.. 

" Partner, I want you to stay here again.. It is for your own safety okay? "

Partner looks at me and I just smile. I start to walk to the barn again but in the corner of my eye I saw that Partner was about to follow me. I turned around and looked at him. Partner started to walk to me. He made it and hugged me.. I noticed that he just wanted to come to make sure that I was going to be okay.. 

" Why do you want to make sure I will be fine? I mean.. I have gotten this far with this town being the way it is. "

Partner then points at the spot I blacked out in.. I let out a sigh and picked up Partner. He let go of the wheelbarrow and let me hold him in my arms. As I held him I felt happy and warm inside. I walked to the barn and saw that it was empty. All the cages and stales where they keep the animals where empty. I mean.. What did I except? Crop Farmer was gone and that means that all the animals would be left without care and eventually die and rot away. No wonder why it smelt like decaying animal corpses! I had to deal with it though.. I did need the sugar. White sugar to be exact. I walked around the barn and as I did I felt Partner cuddle while I was holding him. I smiled knowing that he was happy.. As I walked around a bit more I saw a ladder. I put down Partner gently and climbed up the ladder. After I reached the next floor I saw a bag of white sugar. I went to go get it but when I got close I heard a full conversation.. I wanted to grab the sugar and leave but I felt like I needed to listen. I sat down and listened closely..

" Why does Crop Farmer think that he is "important" to us? Like, he thinks that he is the center of attention. I hate that! "

It sounded like a Cosmic Dancer.. 

" I agree with you. He isn't a good guy! If he died nobody would care as well. What does he do that is so interesting? Farming... The least cool thing ever. Nobody cares about him either, I surely don't! "

It sounded like a Clappy Trio dudes. 

" Wow.. I didn't know you guys felt that about me... Funny.. Haha.... "

That sounded like.. Crop Farmer.

" Are you surprised that we feel that way Crop Farmer? "
" I mean yeah- "
" OH MY GOD SHUT UP CROP FARMER! We all think the same here so don't act so surprised. You do nothing for us. You are a disgusting and horrible person  because you think that way! You are just a piece of crap to us. Worthless.. You don't do anything to us okay? So don't think that we even care if you are in danger or some shit. If you are we might as well be happy for rhythms sake! "

Right then and there I felt like punching the Cosmic dancer and that Clappy Trio guys... 

" Wow... Uh.. Well, I need to go I guess. I wouldn't want to disturb you any more then I already have.. "

I felt bad for Crop Farmer and I could tell that he was sad. I could just hear it in his voice... The conversation stopped and I walked to the sugar, picking it up. I walked to the ladder and climbed down to see Partner sitting down on the floor, waiting for me. I grab Partner and walk outside to the wheelbarrow and put the bag of Sugar in it. Partner stood up as I was still holding him. I let go of him and he picks up the Wheelbarrow once more. He looks at me and I look at him back. All he does is smile at me and I feel happy..
