What Happened? [COMPLETE]

Chapter 4: Dreams..

Me and Partner enjoyed watching the static while it lasted. I felt Partner lay his head on my lap once more. I looked at him and he seemed to be a bit sleepy. He grabbed the nearest blanket and wrapped it around himself. He looked oddly adorable when he did that.. I pat his head a few times before he went to bed. After he closed his eyes I picked him up and moved him to my bedroom. This was the place where I kept all my things.. The felt a warm and cozy feeling when entering my room. I walked to my bed that looked a bit dirty but comfy as well and placed Partner there. I made sure he was comfortable and left the room. I closed the door and moved to the living room again to watch the static. I sat down on the couch and watched the static. I did wonder however, what was he dreaming about?

Partners Dream: 

I woke up in what seemed to be my room. The walls were a wonderful mixture between white and grey, like me! I got out of bed and stretched. I looked at my clock and it said 1:08pm. I opened my bedroom door and saw my home. Music notes on the wall, paintings, and white and grey wallpaper, my favorite! I went to the kitchen and opened the window. The sun shined, grass growing, and everything seemed okay. The nice cool breeze hit my face and I could only smile. I let the window be open and grabbed some bread, milk, and frozen waffles. I put 2 frozen waffles in the toaster, pored the milk into a glass and ate 1 piece of bread while I waited for my waffles. After they were done I grabbed them and put some syrup on them. I then heard my phone ring. I grabbed my phone and saw that it was Partner #1. I immediately picked up.

" Hey Partner 1, what do you need at this time-"
" I NEED TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE! We are all ready to do Lockstep, except for you! Please come here right now. "
" Oh.. Okay sir! I will see you there! "

I hang up and run to the bathroom to shower as fast as possible. After a good10 minutes I fish and go to get my clothes on. I grab my headphones, put them on and go to the huge town square. I see everyone, Partner #30, Partner #400, Partner #20, ect. I then hear the bell ring. I look around to see who is making that noise. Then I see Partner #1.

"Everyone everyone! Today we will be doing are grand Lockstep Rhythm Today so please pay attention to the music and beat you hear. I want this to be perfect today so no mess ups please. Anyway, lets get this going! "

Partner #1 puts the bells away and we all get in order. We hear the music and begin. I close my eyes and feel safe, happy, and in a way.. Excited to be doing a Lockstep again. It has been weeks after all. I slowly get into the beat and I feel us doing it well. We stomp our feet to the beat and we all seem to like it. Then I hear something. I stop and look around, of course I get bumped into. 

" Everyone stop, I heard someone scream! "

All of the Partners stop and we looked to see 3 people holding knives, guns, and bombs. We all get ready to run until one of the 3 people light the bomb and threw it at us.. It exploded and many of us got hurt. I ran away as they kept throwing bombs at us, cutting us open and putting us in bags to do who knows what! I ran inside my home, locking all the doors, widows, everything. I run to the bathroom and hide in the shower. I hear the screams of Partners and I start to cry.. After a moment or so I hear nothing. No screams, no more explosions, just silence. I then hear the door bust open. I hear footstep nearing closer to the bathroom door until it busts open. I see the 2 of the people and 1st walks closely to me. He grabs me and all I could do was wiggle and try to escape his grasp. 

" Well.. It looks like we missed one boss. What should we do with it? "
" I think we should kill it so we can eat it for dinner like the many others!"

Then I see the 3rd one..

" No. We wont do any of those things. We can let him go freely but we can't let him tell anybody about what happened. "

The guy pulled out a knife as the 1st one pinned me to the floor. The 2nd one hold my mouth open and then the 3rd one grabs my tongue and cuts it off swiftly and just for good measure he cuts my upper and lower inner jaw. Then one of them kicks me..

Red Cheerleader's View: 

I hear a loud noise of something falling on the ground from my room. I stand up from the couch and run to my room to see Partner on the bed crying and shaking. I walk to him and hug him. I wonder what happened that startled him to much. He hugs me tightly and smiles while tears roll down his face. I hold him tightly.

" Shhh.. It's okay Partner... "
