Fostering Three (Final)

1 year later

Norah and her friend entered the house in conversation. "Hey, girls," Toni Said from her spot on the couch.

"Hey, Momma. Do you mind if Lily sleeps over? I already asked mom." The teen asked. Toni looked away from the movie that was playing, "Sure. If Cheryl said yes, why ask me?" Toni chuckled.

"Because she told me to ask you." Norah chuckled. Toni shook her head with a laugh, "It's fine. We don't mind." She nods.

"Thanks, Momma! Where're the boys?" She asked. "Cheryl took them to get hair cuts," Toni said.

"Oh okay, well, we will be upstairs. Come on, Lily." Norah said, walking past the kitchen.

"Later, Mrs. T." She waved and Toni waved back.

Just then, Cheryl and the boys entered the house. "Hey, " Toni greeted them.

"Did Norah get home yet?" Cheryl asked, placing the keys on the hook.

"Yeah, She did." Toni nodded, "Lily is with here." She adds.

"Oh...?" Cheryl hummed in amusement. "Yep, " Toni chuckled.

Aiden eyed his parents questionably, "Uhm, I'm not even going to ask." The boy said, grabbing Lucas's hand and pulling him into the kitchen for a snack.

Recently, Norah sat down with her two mothers, explaining to them what she's been feeling lately. They have been helping the 17-year-old find herself, so far it's been going well.

"I thought you knew Lily was coming over?" Toni asked, wrapping her arms around Cheryl's waist as the redhead sat on her lap.

"No. I didn't she said she has asked you already." Cheryl raised her eyebrow. Toni sighed, "She learned that from you." She blamed, turning her attention back to the Tv.

"Norah!" Aiden knocked on his sister's door, "Norah, it's dinner!" Aiden says again.

Rolling his eyes, the boy twisted the doorknob and Norah ran to the door out of breath, "I heard you, Denny. We'll be down soon, go." She turned him around before shutting her door.

"Mom! Norah is making out with her girlfriend!" The got ran downstairs.

"Aiden!" Cheryl scolded as the two girls sat at the table. "Sorry about that girls, I wouldn't have sent him up." She glared at her son who put his arms up in surrender.

"How was school, girls?" Toni asked, handing Lucas his juice. "It was okay. Pretty boring, it was senior ditch day so it was only the freshman, juniors, and sophomores there." Lily explained.

"What about you, Aiden?" Toni asked. "Middle school sucks." He groaned. Toni rubbed his back, "It'll get easy, bud." Cheryl says.

"So, Lily. How are your parents doing?" Cheryl asked, moving Lucas's hair out of his face so he can eat. "They're doing okay, they're finalizing the divorce next week. So yay, I get two bedrooms." She chuckled.

"I'm wishing you the best." Cheryl smiled. "Thank you, Ms. T." Lily smirked.

"Don't stay up to date, girls," Toni says as she shut the fridge. "Alright, Momma. Night!" Norah called.

"Goodnight!" The brunette said on the way upstairs. Norah cleared her throat, "Uhm...We have Disney plus." She suggested.

"Oh! Let's watch the Simpsons!" Lily smiled. "Sounds awesome." Norah played the show, setting the remote on the arm of the couch. Lily picked up her arm before cuddling into the curly-haired teen. The Topaz girl's face blushed as she let the girl snuggle into her embrace.

"Your heart is beating very fast." The blonde giggled, looking up at Norah, "It's just me, " She added with a whisper and smiled when she felt Norah's body relax.

Throughout the episodes, they shared laughs and jokes, making comments about Bert's behavior.

"We should head to sleep now, it's 2 AM," Norah says after the 3rd season finale ends. Lily nods as she sat up and stretched her limbs.

Norah shut the Tv off, putting the blanket back where they found it before taking Lily's hand and leading her upstairs.

Once they got comfortable in Norah's bed, they fell into a deep slumber.

~Morning~

Norah giggled as she and Lily ate breakfast in the kitchen, nothing fancy. It was just cereal.

Toni entered the kitchen, her hair messy as she yawned, "Oh. You two are up early." She chuckled, looking at the clock that sat on the wall.

9:35 AM it read in bold letters. "Yeah, Lily has to leave in a few. Her father is going to start moving into his apartment." Norah explained, taking the blonde's bowl since she was done.

"Thanks for letting me sleep over, Mrs. T.," She says.

"No problem, you're always welcomed here." Toni turned and smiled before going back to making her and Cheryl's coffee.

A car beeping outside causes Lily to stand up, taking her hair out of her jacket. Toni sends her a tired wave, watching as She and Norah made their way to the door.

Toni tried not look like her daughter and the blonde talked quietly. She found herself cooing quietly when she saw Norah place a quick peck on the blonde's lips before opening the door for her.

"Could you be any more obvious, momma?" She chuckled as she locked the door. "Hey, in my defense you two are cute!" The brunette smirked at her daughter, taking a sip of the hot beverage.

"I'm coming to cuddle with you and mom." The teen says, going upstairs.

"Mmm!" Toni hummed, grabbing Cheryl's coffee, "Wait for me!" Toni chuckled, slowly making her way upstairs so she didn't spill the hot coffee.

I need a nap! Okay, so listen, I have insomnia so it's hard for me to fall asleep. So in the morning, for some reason, it's so much easier to fall asleep, I don't know why that is so🤷🏾‍♀️ that's why I sleep in the day instead of the night, sigh.
