"Stop being so damn stubborn all the time!" The redhead huffed as Toni yelled.

"Toni, this wasn't my fault! How am I supposed to know what Weatherbee wanted?! You have nothing to worry about! I didn't even mention your name." Cheryl said, standing up.

"I swear, Cher! I can't get in trouble, no way!" Toni yelled.

"Calm down, Toni! No one is getting in trouble!" Cheryl screamed. The redhead instantly regrets it when she sees Toni curl into a ball on the bed.

"Fuck. Toni..." She whispered as she went over to the bed where her girlfriend was having an ptsd attack. Cheryl sat beside her and pulled the brunette into her embrace, "Baby, I'm so sorry. I-I didn't mean to scream." Cheryl sighed.

Toni just sobbed into her chest, clinging onto her girlfriend as various scenes of her uncle's yells and punches played in her mind.

Cheryl squeezed her tight and kissed her hair, just letting her know that she's there. It's what she does whenever the brunette has her attacks, but she feels guilty because she was a cause to one of them.

"Hey, babe, I need you to breathe for me, kay?" The redhead whispered into Toni's hair before kissing it again. Toni nodded against the redhead's chest as she tried to match her breathing with Cheryl's.

Cheryl held her tighter when she felt her whimper, "I-I'm sorry f-for getting so mad, Cher." She sniffled.

"I should be the one apologizing. I'm the one who got us into this mess." The redhead sighed.

"We can fix it." She whispered, laying her head on Cheryl's chest when the redhead laid them down. "No, I'll fix it. Weatherbee won't know it was us who broke into the school. I'll tell him it was me." Cheryl says.

Toni sat up and looked at her wife her puffy eyes, "No way! If you go down, I'm going down with you." She demanded. Cheryl chuckled, "Why are you so stubborn?"

"Because, I love you, and I won't let you take the blame for me. So tomorrow we'll tell him it was us." The brunette says firmly. Cheryl sighed and opened he me arms and Toni laid back down in her chest.

"Alright, if that's what you want," Cheryl says. "We go down together. Remember we said it when we gave each other our promise rings." The brunette whispered.

Cheryl smiled, "Okay, okay, I'm convinced, baby." She chuckled. "I love you more, " She adds.

Toni smiled and cuddled further into her chest. "I'm sorry for screaming, my love. I hate to be the cause of one of your attacks." Cheryl says, guilt filling her stomach.

Toni straddled her and Cheryl's hands went to her waist, giving them a little squeeze. "It's okay, baby. Don't feel bad, okay?" The brunette whispered, leaning down to peck her lips. Cheryl's hands traveled up and cupped Toni's face and the brunette smiled into the kiss, tilting her head to deepen it.

Soon Toni pulled away and smiled down at her girlfriend, "Do you feel better now?" She giggled.

"Mmm, I don't know...try again." The redhead bit her lip.

I'm so tired but I need to do my school workkkkkkkk. And I have to do get covid tested because my great grandmother caught it and I was at her house literally the day before she found out😃 so fun.
