Just to be clear, I don't like cheating! I hate when people cheat!

When Toni makes a decision she knows will break both her and Cheryl, but it's always been her dream to serve her country. When Toni returns, she finds out that Cheryl wasn't single.

Cheryl giggled excitedly when Toni picked her up and kissed her face. "We're going to be late for our own graduation, baby." Cheryl giggled causing Toni to smile into her neck.

"You're just so beautiful." Toni pouted, squeezing Cheryl's sides. Cheryl smiled and wrapped her arms around Toni's shoulders and stared into her eyes, "I love you so much." She whispered, caressing her baby hairs.

Toni's smile sunk but quickly claimed her face again, but Cheryl noticed. "What's wrong?" She asked. She's sure her face was evident with concern.

"It's nothing, baby. Let's go." Toni smiled, picking up Cheryl's red cap. Of course, she'd have a red gown, she's Cheryl Marjorie Blossom.

Cheryl felt something was off but she didn't want to ruin their special day. "Okay." Cheryl giggled, letting Toni pull her out of the classroom.

~3 hours later~

Archie, Betty, Cheryl, Toni, Veronica, Kevin, and Josie sat in a booth at pops, celebrating their graduation.

"Okay, okay! Let's make a toast!" Veronica interrupted, holding up her strawberry milkshake.  "To what V?" Cheryl chuckled, lifting her head off of Toni's shoulder to grab her cherry phosphate.

"To us graduating and to Toni going to the army." She smirked and Toni's face dropped. When Veronica saw it, she automatically knew she messed up.

"What?! The army?" Cheryl gasped, turning to look at the brunette. Toni cleared her throat, "Uh...surprise?" She chuckled nervously. Cheryl scoffed and got out of the booth, taking a step outside.

Toni glared at the raven hard girl, "I-I'm sorry, T! I thought you told her already..." She shrugged and Betty slapped her in the back of her head.

Toni rolled her eyes and rushed outside to her very upset girlfriend. "Cher." She whispered and Cheryl turned to look at her with tears in her eyes, "You're leaving me, TT?" Cheryl whimpered.

Toni frowned and went to embrace the redhead, "I'm so sorry, baby." Toni whimpered, "I'm really sorry." She sighed.

Cheryl pulled away to look at her, "S-So this is it? You're just gonna leave me? Leave me like I'm nothing?" The redhead asked angrily.

"No, baby. You know how long I've been waiting for this moment. I told you how long I've been waiting for this moment. I...I just can-"

"It's alright, Toni. At least we have the whole summer together." Cheryl gave her a watery smile but when she saw Toni's face with the same expression as before, she immediately knows.

"We don't have the summer. You're leaving tonight, aren't you?" Cheryl mumbled. "I'm so sorry, c-"

"Save, Toni. Tell the others I said good night. I'm gonna head home." Cheryl's voice cracked as she turned to her car.

"Cher, baby, please wait." Toni pleaded, her tears now rolling down her cheek. The redhead didn't turn around as she got into her car and drove away.

"Fuck!" Toni yelled causing her friends to look at her through the window.
