(Y/N)'s P.O.V

Larry groaned beside me and rolled a bit, taking up a good portion of the bed. He wasn't kidding when he said he wanted to take turns with me.

That sounded weird. I mean falling asleep in bed.

I suppose it makes sense. I do miss him at night sometimes!

It was pretty late, but I couldn't sleep very well. Not sure if it was because I was being shoved off the bed or if I missed sleeping beside Sal.

Carefully, I stepped onto the floor, making sure not to make any noise as I did.

I knew he'd be grumpy if he woke up so I'm not about to disturb him.

I tiptoed my way down the short hall and knocked lightly on Sals door.

The door creaked slightly as I pushed it open and I saw his outline sit up in the bed.

"Hey..." I whispered. Everyone was asleep so I wanted to respect that.

"Heh. Hey" he leaned back onto his elbows "you couldn't sleep either?"

I giggled and shook my head, even though he probably couldn't even see my response. "I don't want to stay too long, in case I fall asleep and Larry wakes up all pissed that I left"

Sal chuckled to himself, understanding completely.

"Well, how about we do something? To keep you awake?"

I raised my eyebrow at him and gave him a side smile jokingly. I guess his eyes were adjusted to the dark cause he totally saw the look on my face.

"N-no not like that (Y/N)!" He protested "not that I wouldn't want to I j-just-"

I walked to the bed and punched his shoulder lovingly, and leaned down kissing his cheek "I know silly, chill!"

Sal breathed out and I saw his faint smile as my eyes slowly adjusted.

"Follow me, sweetheart."

His nicknames always filled me with so much joy and happiness. It was so kind and cute and I'm so happy he calls me them.

He stood up, grabbing all the blankets he had and enveloped himself completely. I didn't know what his plan was but I followed him out of his bedroom anyways.

We were like little kids pretending to be extremely stealthy, when I'm sure we weren't that great at it.

He crossed the floor and stopped in directly in front of the door. We're going outside?

Then, he briskly walked out and scanned the entire area around the place. He was intense at what he was trying to find.

Which I suppose, was just a good spot.

In an instant, all the blankets he grabbed were flopped onto the grass and he was spreading them out over a large area.

I pouted my lip out as he walked over and grabbed my hand.

He's so wonderful.

Sal led me to the mess of blankets and pulled me down to the floor. He used his arm as a pillow for me and pointed up to the sky.

"All the stars are so pretty tonight. I think it's really cool that we can still see them, even if some of them are dead. That ones my favorite"

I squinted my eyes a bit and looked all around at the little lights freckled throughout the night sky.

It was truly beautiful.

This was exactly what I needed

We ended up laying on these blankets for a couple of hours. The sun slowly rising into view as our legs tangled together.

He was all the warmth I needed in the night, especially since whenever I shivered he'd use every inch of him to cover me up and try to get me all warm.

I kissed him over and over again, never letting myself forget the feeling of his lips.

He was getting sleepy though, and I could totally tell. His eyes were involuntarily shutting and his answered became low noises rather than words.

I had to kiss him awake each time.

He rolled onto his side facing me and I looked at his beautiful face. He didn't have his one eye in but I didn't care whatsoever. I thought it was interesting, to see him in a different way.

My hand reached up and my thumb grazed his skin lightly. I felt his cheeks warm up as he gently grabbed my wrist and turned his head, kissing the palm of my hand.

"(Y/N)?" He asked.

"Yeah?"

"I-I uh..." he was nervous, and I could hear it in his shaking voice. He cleared his throat and bit his lip. I watch as he sighed and smiled once again "so the wedding!"

I could tell he had something else on his mind. But I want going to press him for something he's not comfortable with telling me. But I really do wish he would just let me know. He's very in his own head sometimes and it takes awhile for him to let it all out.

"I think I'm gonna wear yellow" he nuzzled into me, pulling me closer than before "and I might put my hair in a bun"

"Sally face, you would look so amazing in that! You look good in whatever you wear, so don't even worry about needing to look good" I stated while tracing my hand up and down his arm "do you wanna match with me?"

Sals face lit up brightly as he nodded excitedly.

It was so good to see him this happy and excited about me. Just me.

"(Y/N) yellow would be such a beautiful color on you!" He gawked and squeezed my body "gosh you're gonna walk in and almost steal away the show from Lisa"

We laughed together for a little longer, but realized that we should probably make it inside.

I don't want a cranky Larry. Nobody wants that.

I helped him roll up the blankets and carry them inside, the fresh morning dew sending chills down my spine.

We threw them all back onto his bed and I reached my arms out to him. Sal smiled and hugged me comfortably.

"You make me so happy (Y/N)" he whispered as he kissed my forehead.

"You're my everything" I pressed my head against his and kissed him quickly. "I'm gonna go head back, but I'll see you soon?"

He nodded and smiled wide "yeah, see you soon"
