It was only about a week into staying with Larry and his mom. Things felt so great there.

While yes, things were weird at the apartments, life was good.

I heard all these ghost stories from Larry and Sal. How they see these people who've died and so much more.

Larry one night even told me about how he told Sal about his dad. How he came to terms with his dad being gone because of crazy things happening with him and Sal really being there for him.

It really means a lot to me that Larry has someone so kind and caring as Sal. He's really special, and truly a good soul.

Today was the day Sal wanted to introduce me to this little ghost girl Meghan.

Sadly, Larry was helping out with his mom and all so he couldn't come with us, but Sal was completely alright with just hanging with me

We've never hung out without Larry yet. We were friends but we haven't gotten the chance to become too close as individuals.

"So like is this a normal thing around here?" I asked, walking beside him. He was carrying a Gear Boy device with some weird handles on them. "I mean like. Does this ghost shit happen every day?"

He shook his head. "Not every day, sometimes the ghosts just don't want to come out. Hopefully today Meghan will want to, or will be able to I guess. She's cute, and very nice and I'm sure you'll like her."

I smiled softly. He continued to talk about how his friend Chug was extremely afraid of Meghan when she first came out for him. He immediately ran away.

It's strange hearing about these people who lived in the apartments for so long. I lived here and never made friends with any of them, but once Sal comes along it's like everyone is so friendly and social.

From the looks of Sal, he really doesn't look like much. Kind of weird maybe, but that's only an assumption based off of cruel intentions. He's a good guy, and he's all around very kind but still so unique, which is what draws me to him.

We finally stepped into the abandoned apartment, giving me chills all over my body. This place was sketchy as hell but I wasn't about to chicken out.

The bathroom was gross and old. Nobody had been up here for so long and it really showed.

"Meghan? You there?" Sal called out, pressing a button on his little device. "I got someone you can meet! She's not gonna run"

Before we knew it, there was a flashing light one the gear boy, and he stepped back, almost protecting me.

In front of us, a little girl formed from the ground, with purple hair, and blank eyes.

"Hello Sally Face! Is this your new friend? The one you've been talking about?" Meghan said excitedly

"Yeah this is Y/N, she's stoked to meet you" he said, ignoring the last half. Oh so he's been talking about me?

"H-hi!" I greeted, stuttering. I was definitely taken back a bit. I've never seen ghosts before, but I wasn't scared. Just. Shocked really. "I love your hair!"

The little girl giggled "Thank you! My mommy has the same color." She was adorable. "Sally Face, she's so much more prettier in person! She was pretty in the picture, and you said she was beautiful but-"

"Meghan!" He interrupted over her

"Oops hehe sorry" she giggled

I felt my cheeks heat up and I sat on the ground, getting at her height.
