And just like that it was the end of y/n and George's 6th year at Hogwarts.

I couldn't believe it 6 years had flown by in absolutely no time. even if this year had been a little rocky at first it was still a pretty good year. It was the night before we were leaving to go home, except I wasn't really spending most of my summer at home but instead I was going to do some traveling. I had plans to visit a couple of friends in Paris and I'm not going to lie I was really excited to do so.

"So, tell me again what you're actually doing this summer?" George asked as he placed is feet on to my lap. "I told you I'm spending a couple of days at home and then I'm off to Paris for two weeks. After Paris I'm heading to Venice for two weeks and then I'm coming home for a week before I'm coming to stay at the burrow for the last two weeks of the summer like we agreed" I finished off explaining for the third time that day.

"Do you still promise to write to me, so I know your safe?!" he said looking at me sternly. "You worry too much you know that but of course I'll still write to you" I patted his leg. "It's my job to worry about you" he smiled slightly. "I'll be fine George I promise" I reassured him.

The next day soon came meaning it was time to leave Hogwarts for the summer. I walked down to the common room with my trunk in hand. Once down the stairs I shrunk my trunk down and placed it into my bag with its undetectable extension charm just like I had done at Christmas. I looked at the time to see I had about 40 minutes before the carriages would be here to take us to the station, so I decided to head and grab some breakfast. The hall was fairly quiet which I could only assume was because people were either still sleeping or still packing.

"you're up early" the voice of George startled me a little. "Not really" I turned to look at him "The carriages arrive in about 10 minuets". "Oh yeah I forgot about that. where's your trunk? wait never mind" he shook his head answering his own question as he looked to my small shoulder bag that was placed on the table next to me. I let out a little chuckle as I shook my head at him. "Hey just think you can use your magic this summer!" I smirked to him. His eyes instantly lit up. "Oh, I know" he smirked. "Oh god I don't even want to know what you have planned" I said as his grin grew even bigger. "It's probably for the best" he chuckled.

The carriages soon turned up and took us to the train. Once on we found an empty compartment and sat down. However, a few minutes later the compartment door opened. Stood there was Ginny, Ron and Harry. "Hey, is it alright if we sit here? Everywhere else is full" Ginny asks. I smile and nod my head "Oh yeah of course!". George shook his head in a joking manner "No absolutely not" he chuckled. "Shut up George, I like Ginny more than you" I said in a teasing tone as Ginny stuck her tongue at her brother before taking a seat next to me.

He playfully rolled his eyes. "Yeah George, you might be her boyfriend but I'm still her favorite" Ginny said laughing. "Oh, Ginny have I ever told you you're my favorite Weasley?" I exaggerated. "I believe you have" she replied in a posh tone. "Ron you're my second favorite" his eyes lit up as he leaned over for a high five. "Nice I'll take that" he said smirking as he looked over to George. "Okay come on I must be your third favorite then?" George asked. I stayed silent as I thought about my answer. I huge smile crawled its way across my face. "My third favorite Weasley is... Percy" I smirked looking away. I said Percy because I knew it would wind up George the most. "What?! That prat come's before me?" he exclaimed causing everyone in the compartment to burst out laughing. "No no I'm only joking" I say whilst trying to catch my breath. "It's you really however Percy still comes above Fred" I say which causes us all to burst out laughing again.

Before we knew it the train had pulled into Kings Cross Station. We exited the train and walked across the plat form to where molly and Arthur were stood waiting to greet their children. Molly greeted everyone with hugs and kisses as they all stood around. Being the mother, she was she gave me talk about keeping safe whilst I was traveling and to make sure I wrote to her whilst I was away. Just like I did with George I promised I would write and reassured her I would be fine.

After saying our final goodbyes, I went my separate way from the Weasley family and headed home ready to prepare for my busy summer a head. Now the time to travel had come I was really excited to get out of the country but also excited to see some friends who I hadn't seen for a while.
