It's hard sometimes
Being the one never chosen
It hurts me because
I always try to better myself
But somehow you never notice.
I dream up scenarios
That will never come true
All because
I'm stuck on you.
Your eyes
They sparkle
Your lips
So pink
And your hands are so firm
I wonder if they will ever hold me.
You're always strong
No matter what it is
Your laughter is soothing
To my pain deep within.
You can calm me down
Which can be quite hard
But it's as easy for you
As looking at the stars.
You'll never know
Just how you affect me
Because I will always be
Just the girl you never seem to see.
